This form of B Complex is gentle on stomach and may be taken with or without food.

This is the best B supplement out there and reasonably priced. I’ve been taking it for several years - always on an empty stomach to get the most of it and I take it on the morning.

Excellent product very fair price! formula is impressive, includes all B's, PLuS some more unique CoFactors - most are also in multiple forms ( ie: there are 3 different forms of B6 in this capsule) this is probably done to ensure that whatever your unique genetic makeup your body WILL be able to make use of at least one form contained within product...Many ppl don't realize 'traditional B50' vitamins can't be effectively metabolized by much of population & a lot 'goes down the toilet'! if you don't know your genetic status then it's important to take a product like this one that has multiple variations of each B vitamin to ensure all 'bases are covered' ... B vitamins are essential to conversion of Amino Acids in to Neurotransmitters & many other functions within the human body so if you're taking Protein foods/supplements for mood or for physical wellbeing then it's vital To take correct 'co-factors' (ie: co-enzyme B vitamins) to ensure conversion can take place, the Country Life B-complex has everything your body could possibly need to convert food in to what it needs to stay healthy, repair itself and give you 'healthy' energy..highly usable & bioavailable B complex that does not require your body to work hard to 'break down'...I found this product after reading up about 'Methylation' and learning how vital it is to your body to have B-complex vitamins, every day, in their most Bioavailable forms.. i’ve tried plenty of different b complex supplements but this one is the winner for me! i am very underweight and prone to jitters and parasympathetic activation and have a super sensitive stomach etc so i only take 1 capsule instead of the recommended 2, but i have taken 2 in the past when my weight was higher. i’m not sure if it was this seller or another one on amazon but one time i received a shattered bottle of this, but if you’re used to buying supplements off amazon you’re probably used to exerting caution when opening amazon packages with glass inside lol

Been taking these for years and my most recent bottle has an awful disgusting smell and taste. Makes me gag when I take them. Makes my urine smell horrible as well. They’ve never done this before so wondering if the formula has changed

I am a fan of Country Life's regular strength Coenzyme B-Complex caps and thought I'd give these a try. I usually take one cap of the regular one, but I've been taking two of this advanced formula, and after a couple weeks it doesn't seem to be any different than the regular. I'll be going back to that one as it's cheaper.

I was sent the wrong product (not the Advanced formula) and there is no option to return the product or have it replaced with the Advanced formula that I actually paid for. I went to Country Life’s website and emailed their customer service about this but have not received a response. If I receive an acceptable response I’ll update this review accordingly. Otherwise the poor review is because I was sent the incorrect product, there is no option to return/replace the product, and their customer service never responded.
