This product is a waste of time and money. It doesnt deliver on its promise and cannot be returned to the seller, so I'm stuck with it. I purchased a different one that was much cheaper and better quality from amazon and am happy with that one. This product was supposed to be new, but looks like it was used. The quality is horrible. when i tried it, it didn't do anything except a big mess. i'd rather do roll the grape leaves myself, it's faster and easier than using this piece of plastic! what a waste of money
