Great product
I've just bought my third set of this stuff. I use it to repair ordinary floor tiles in a house on stilts, 2d and 3d stories. Because the house flexes, ordinary grout fails remarkably quickly. A few tiles are completely loose, so I use a lot of the sealant grout to re-seat them, but mostly the problem is small cracks opening up next to almost every tile. When I smear the sealant grout on with a sponge, it soaks into the cracks and sticks remarkably well in a thin layer to the old grout, which no ordinary grout would do in such a thin layer. In that application I don’t use it up nearly as fast. I’ve been curious what would happen if I diluted the sealant with water, to extend it. Heaven knows, if you don’t get up every trace from a flat surface, it sticks amazingly well in a thin, diluted film—not like ordinary grout, which will polish off quite readily once it’s that diluted. Love this stuff. Wish I could afford enough to re-do every floor in the house. I also appreciate it that it’s not at all caustic; I don’t generally bother with gloves any more. It’s amazing that it cleans up with hot water, though you sure have to stay within the deadline. Once it hardens, that stuff is on there. It’s also nice that I can mix it with my existing grout and get a remarkably good match in color. I’ve used it with gray and with white, in different rooms. EDIT to update: I've experimented with diluting the mixture with water as it begins to harden in the cup, as well as with adding extra water and grout to extend the epoxy mixture, both in the context of repairing (but not gouging out and replacing) grout on a flat floor where the substrate has been flexing. It's worked brilliantly. Also, I'm sure the seller knows what he's talking about and is being cautious when he says to get the surface clean and dry first, but to be honest, it doesn't seem to make that much difference. I'm telling you, this stuff STICKS, even to old, damaged grout. By the way, it's a good idea to mix up just a bit of it at a time, even half the recommended amount, so you'll have time to clean up properly before it sets. Once it starts to get rubbery it's a lot more trouble to get it thoroughly wiped clean. I paste it on with the wooden stick or a spatula, then work it in with a sponge.

It worked with floor heating
I am not sure if it is a floor heating problem or a Dell tile problem, regular grout did not work on the kitche floor. I calledd contractor and redid grout work again, but still it all came off and even made the floor tiles uneven. Tiles started shaking when I walked over. I found this after researching about epoxy grout. After I watched youtube video, how to install epoxy grout/DIY from Jeff, and tried in a small area first. it worked!. It worked with non sanded grout that I had as well. It is kinda sticky and dries up fast, which makes it hard to reverse. However, if you follow the instruction from YouTube, you will be able to do it. Because I had to still use kitchen while it dries up, I used folded cardboard box to cover the lining for 24 hrs. I am a middle ages woman who don't have any construction experience. if I can do it, you can do it. Tip is get the big sponge, dishwash soap, microfiber towel to clean later and follow the instructions

Works well, but expect some color change from colored grout.
I had an issue with grout cracking on my newly-installed floor. My floor was not sufficiently rigid for regular grout to work. Admittedly, this was my oversight.Rather than pull the entire floor up and start over, as is the recommended practice, I decided to try this product. To my surprise, it worked very well. Not only did it fill without cracking, but it appears to have stabilized what little flex there was.Only time will tell if it will last, but I am happy with the results so far.Note for newcomers to epoxy grouts: Make sure you clean up any spillage or grout haze IMMEDIATELY after application. Removal of grout haze can be very difficult after the epoxy sets. This is common for any epoxied grout.I only have two complaints:My first complaint is that I lost the color from my grout. My dark brown grout ended up a light gray. I beleive this is because the colorants used in standard grout are not soluble in the resin supplied. The second is that this product is somewhat pricey compared to some of the other options available.

Absolutely WORKS!!
I like many other reviewers have used traditional silicone caulk over and over a million times.. We were just about to demolish our entire shower because we were not able to stop a leak.. I did my homework, I watched ever video I could find before I started my project... I cleaned my shower and removed all the extra lose grout. I went with an un-sanded grout, per my tile neighbors suggestions. What I was not prepared for was how difficult the mixture was to work with.. it took me way longer to get it done than I had expected.. I have no advice on how to do it better.. I think I was going to cry getting it cleaned up and looking pretty.. I let my shower dry for 3 days. I wanted to make 100% sure it was dry.. I have delayed writing this review because I wanted to make sure it really worked. I can say I am absolutely amazed that it truly truly truly has worked.. Before you remodel I would give this product a try. What do you have to lose.Good Luck
