This item has really helped me a lot I'm waiting for a double hip operation I can hardly walk but this hip support does give you support which means I can totter round at times in the house very good 👍👍

It was difficult to fit if you were on your ownSizing was not good

Worked really well, had a bad hip after a car accident and it sorted it out in a few weeks. I am now back to full speed and don't need to wear it anymore. The only negative is that the velcro looses it's stickyness after wear and it makes it hard to keep tight

It may be good for the left leg (not tried that) but everything is backwards for the right leg and had to bend in all sorts of weird positions to get the thing on. This caused more pain and strain. If you do get one, get one that’s 3 sizes bigger too. I measured and I must say that the Velcro only just reaches

This is a bit of a fiddle and faff to put on, quite bulky so it can be seen through jeans, and I have to remove it completely to use the loo! That said, my dodgy hip joint that I bought this for feels a bit more comfortable, so I'll stick with it.

My husband had a trapped femoral nerve which of course meant his thigh was also incredibly painful. This wrap provided him with excellent support resulting in a lessening of pain. On very bad nights he also wore it in bed. I would definite recommend it. My only caution is if you have thick muscly thighs, it might not fit. Check size before buying.

This hip wrap is well made but it is not the size it claims to be. I don't know if it is a manufacturing issue or a advertising issue. It claims to fit up to 48 inches but actually only has a max circumstance of about 40 inches. I had a different one (the red and black one in the picture) that is 48 inches to show you the difference.

I frequently experience pain in my left upper hip/ outer thigh. This wrap stabilizes my hip extremely well and allows me to go about my day with little to no pain. I was concerned based on the dimensions of the product that it might not fit comfortably, however, there is a lot of stretch in the material and depending on where you wear the top wrap it can be very forgiving. I generally wear the top wrap around my lower stomach which keeps the lower wrap snug up tight against the very top of my thigh; but some days, depending on my outfit, I'll wear the top wrap at my upper hips if I want a lower fit on my thigh. Since this material is very warm it gets pretty sweaty, so I wear it on top of my clothes for more comfort. I end up washing my wrap once a week if I wear it every day, or every two weeks if I don't need it daily and so far it has held up really well. No ripped seams or separation of the bottom wrap from the top. Before washing, you should ensure the velcro is fully engaged on the wrap or the velcro could get a stubborn kink that can catch on other articles of clothing. I can see how this product would be difficult to apply to a right hip, the tabs would need to be engaged right in the back and difficult for someone with a limited ability to turn. One perk I was pleased to discover is this can be used as a pocket. Perfect for storing a phone during the day to record steps, and activity.
