This device has a very good 360° mic, which does not catch any noise. It sounds crisp at lower volumes ( very audible). The ease of use and installation is also very commendable. I definitely recommend this product to small businesses and groups. It's a one of the most affordable solution with what it has got to offer. The Bluetooth connectivity is also good with no lag or stutter.

Bought a few months back. Have used the expensive ones over the years in my office but when I started my own business then due to budget constraints I picked this one up. Works like a charm and the mic is VERY powerful.Battery life is good and my team can take calls from a distance now. Gets connected in less than 30 seconds while I have struggled with simple BT connection in the more expensive ones! If the team grows, will buy another one :)
