I really like the taste of this brand. The larger size of the crystals is exactly 💯 what I was looking for. Each crystal had the same size, where there wasn't one larger or smaller than the other, so your baked goods come out looking professional.

Chocolate balls
One of my favorite parts of Christmas growing up was Swedish chocolate balls made by my grandmother. This year she passed the recipe down to me and I got to make them. This. Swedish pearl sugar was essential. The size, texture, taste and quality were all perfect. I received lots of compliments!

Perfect size pearl sugar.
I purchased this sugar to put on top of panettone and it was perfect. Last year I used Belgian Pearl sugar and it was way too big and it all fell off during the rising process. The Swedish pearl sugar is the perfect size. It stayed on and made the finished product look beautiful.
