Ahh Hah! Organizer Kit: Home Records - Index Tabs for a Three-ring Binder (Binder not included))

Gift for daughter and son in law for new home. I simply purchased a binder from the local box store and inserted tabs and WAHLAH! They loved that they can put all warranty info in this and have at their finger tips if something were to go wrong. No fishing around in the junk drawer for receipts. Personally I think that all real estate agents should buy these in bulk and give them out as gifts on the day of closing.

Somewhat disappointed only because I could have made basic binder tabs myself. This is basically for people that do not have access to create tabs and covers for binders. The kit is just that, you provide the binder. I was hoping there was sheets in between the tabs with guides and fill in forms for each section, or pockets to place in receipts and samples etc. I will keep and add in my own forms. I took 5 pictures of this "kit" so you can see what you get.

I love this item so much I have now ordered them for clients who purchase a home with me. This item can be added to any size binder and has a place for everything you need for your home in one convenient place.I would recommend this to any home owner out there. Could make a good home coming gift as well.

Not exactly what I wanted. I thought this was a fill in kit with pages you fill in your homes information but it is just the cover and tab dividers to organize your paperwork. It's my own fault I didn't read the listing very well. Still neat, if that is what you are looking for...

Save your money and buy your own tabs.

Pros: this set contains sections for almost anything a homeowner could want/need.Cons: looks relatively cheap. I’m sure there are better quality ones available.
