Too much white noise to be helpful. They do amplify the sound but I experienced too much white noise from them which cancelled out any amplification.

Echoes and can literally hear everything to the point its just noise

Product description states we will receive two pairs but we only got one pair.

I paid $40 for 4 (2 pairs) of hearing aids but received only 2 (1pair). First time I have had this type of problem with Amazon in all the years (prime member since the ‘90’s) I’ve bought things, and I buy a lot! I had hoped to use 1 pair for my 85 year old partner and 1 pair for myself. Very disappointed.

I received the package. I'm extremely disappointed. This is false advertising. It shows buy 1 get 1 free but there is only 1. On the product description it reads there are 2 pairs but it's a lie, there is only 1 pair. I'm half tempted to get my attorney involved due to the false advertising of this item.
