The battery has been great on both the keyboard and mouse. No more swapping batteries! Charge via USB cable and use for hours/days (depending on usage). Connectivity is great and no lag experienced.The mouse wheel is sturdy and so far, has yet to get stuck while scrolling up/down/clicking. The keyboard feels great and is a decent size, not too small and not too large. The stainless-steel backing is really nice! Highly recommend this product, so far it has been a great companion to mobile devices.The packaging was frustration free and was minimal. Second Update:Customer service kept reaching out and sent me a free keyboard after my first one didn't work, even after I didn't respond. The new one works perfect. I like the keys. It is snappy and stays connected now. What I like about this is it plugs in to charge, and has on/off buttons. So you can leave it in your laptop bag and use your laptop nearby without having keys randomly being hit in the bag. This is a great keyboard from what seems like a really good company. Thanks!Update:Although I had problems with the first one I ordered, the customer service from this company is great. They followed up to make sure that I got a new one, which they are sending. I will see if it works, and if it does, will update to 5 stars. I love the touch and feel of this keyboard.---I have a Thinkpad running windows 10. I read the other reviews that described the disconnecting, and thought: just go to the device manager and disable the power saving function for these Bluetooth HIDs. Well I did that, and the keyboard and mouse still disconnect every 5 minutes or so. You have to restart the computer or remove and re-add the keyboard and mouse to get them to work again. I contacted the seller, and they responded promptly and basically instructed me to remove and and re-add the devices in Bluetooth settings, which I had already done, and did again. I really wish these worked because the keyboard is compact, but usable, and typing is snappy and responsive. I like the keyboard. Same with the mouse, the formfactor and buttons work well. Unfortunately, I just can't keep this thing from randomly disconnecting. Arteck has a ghost in the machine!Additional advice: you can turn bluetooth off, then back on, and the devices reconnect.

The keyboard for the most part is fine. It paired without trouble. The mouse, too. However, the escape key and function keys don't do their normal thing unless you hold down the fn key. They have defaults like "open a new browser window" or "adjust volume". That was really annoying when I was trying to do normal keyboard stuff. Sometimes you want to hit F2 to edit the current cell in your spreadsheet, you know?I used it for some light typing and playing some video games via the steam deck. It was fine aside from the fn-key thing.Arteck customer service responded to my email about that. This model doesn't have an fn-lock functionality, but they sent me their HB193 model instead that does for free. That one seems to work just fine. Don't get this model if you use escape key or function keys on the regular!

Best feature for me: Both the keyboard and mouse are rechargeable. Also, the keyboard is compact, able to be used on a small tray.

These work amazing with the steam deck and helps that they are compact.

This product nicer than I anticipated! Good quality and it is so responsive. Zero lag. It responds miles faster my other set at home. Didn’t even realize until now. Also setup couldn’t get any easier, I was done in under a minute.This size fits great in my laptop tote to take on the go, which is frequent in my job field. Beyond pleased with my purchase.
