Nice little cultivator so far.
Bought this over the more popular (And cheaper) one because of the ability to make the tiller smaller by removing tines. I was a little hesitant. There were very few reviews, and all of them glowing reviews. (Makes you wonder if it’s on the up-and-up you know?). Got the thing and put it together no problem. Instructions left something to be desired... but it’s easy enough to look at the pictures. Today I tilled a 15’ x 15’ garden prep area that i had hit with grass killer last week. Tiller worked very well. It did get clogged up with grass a few times, but I don’t thing any small tiller would do better. The biggest area to get clogged up is right next to the gearbox. Space is narrow between gearbox and tines, so it gets jammed in there pretty tight. Had to dig it out with a knife and a large screw driver. It also tended to heat up that gearbox quite a lot... so, I’m wondering if that could be a longer term problem. Makes me wonder if the tiller design could do something to keep the space between gearbox and tines wider to keep stuff from getting crammed in there. Anyway... the thing went through my little garden plot like a champ. Tough little tiller. Happy with it so far. 4 stars because of the minor clogging issue and I reserve 5 stars for the best of the best. I think this tool is a good bet so don’t worry like I did. It’s a good quality tool. Oh yea... one more thing... the tiler comes with a 2 year warrantee. This fact was not clear on the amazon page. I like to know a company will stand behind their products.

Strong enough to cut through dense clay in Northeast TN
Works great! I live in northeast TN and have VERY dense clay and slate, it chomped through it all with ease. Performs best dragging than pushing.I gave 4 stars because holding the handle bar and the power handle down at the same time is pretty uncomfortable and will cause blisters, gloves or not, but dont all gardening tools? If youre quarantined and want to stay ahead of the impending apololypse, but this product! Great price! Dont forget you wont have to keep purchasing petroleum to keep operating this. Make sure you have a long orange extension cord. Orange is important so you always see it and dont accidentally cut the line.If you DONT have dense clay and slate, I bet you can get a very large garden tilled quickly with this little beast. If you have clay like mine it doesnt matter what you buy, youre gonna be hurting after using any product on it 😂😂😂

good!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Wow!Wow! Wow!Great machine! This machine works very well, easy to use. I am a 5' woman that wanted something simple to use, easy to handle, but powerful enough to grind up our hard clay soil. It comes fully assembled and just do the couple steps to get it ready, plug it in, and start tilling. If the ground is hard and dry, simply shoving a shovel into ground and loosening the soil a bit, that will make it work better. It just kept plowing through everything without a hiccup and I was done with the yard in no time at all. Definitely a better value than renting a large one, highly recommended. It has leveraged my gardening work such that I stay ahead of the schedule on planting things on time.I am so incredibly happy with this purchase!!!

Needs a plow
It’s a great little tiller. My only complaint is it has wheels in the back but no plow to push the tines into the dirt, so it’s always riding up on top of the dirt instead of into it. I have to keep putting my foot on top of the motor to keep it from climbing out of the track.I also suggest a handle on the motor to make it easier to carry. Yes, it can be rolled on those wheels but crossing irregular ground requires carrying it and it’s awkward to hold.

Great little eletric tiller
This is a good quality tiller. It was very simple and easy to set up, just follow the intruction manual and you should have no issues. I actually had my son put it together while I ran errands so it's very easy. Once put together it's very sturdy and can tell it won't fall apart easily. Plug it in and will work and can start tilling. Not the most powerful so don't expect commercial heavy duty performance, but for flower bed gardens or replanting grass or simple tilling it will do well. I like that it eletric so no need for gas or oil and maintenance stuff like a gas engine however depending on your yard size or where your doing work, a very long extension cord is needed. Solidly made and sturdy quality. Good that it's electric and is strong enough to do good yard work. Good value.
