Firm and smaller enough to isolate on feet for plantar fascia relief. Have a bigger roller to for larger muscle relief. Both great for tight muscle and lactic acid relief.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I wanted a larger foam roller, I have the same thing I think in a smaller size with the blue/black speckles. I know it's on the cheaper side so some of the foam pieces come off occasionally.I was hoping to start fresh because I have a toddler and I don't want her to eat any little speckles of foam that might come off if she gets ahold of it, however this roller came with a chunk already missing!I'm not going to return it since it's already open and out of the package and I know this will happen eventually anyway, it's just not a good look. You can see the chunk in the video. Since I've had this before, I know it does a good job with releasing the muscles like it's supposed to. I will just have to keep it away from the baby.
