These arrangements are fantastic. I have plenty of piano arrangements of contemporary and traditional hymns, but very few that weave impressionist music into the arrangements. It adds a depth, beauty and difference that I love. My favorite of these arrangements is The King of Love...inspired by Faure's Sicilienne. I first heard the Faust music while watching the Poirot series on television. The weaving of the two tunes is seamless - almost seems as though both composers knew each other. The rest of the arrangements are all similar.

I love just about any arrangement by Faye Lopez. I used her Impressionist-Style Christmas book this past year and loved it so much I decided to purchase this one. I've not been disappointed! I particularly love the arrangement of "Love Divine;" it's gorgeous!

Combines hymn tunes and well known impressionist composers' works. Ms. Lopez makes this something I'll use for years!
