Keeps you aligned
The material used is thick and durable. An absolute value for the money. Functional and keeps the feet and ankles close and safe.

Tore after using it twice
Daughter only used it twice and the ankle straps tore when she was attempting to do a back handspring. Do not waste your money. Not sturdy at all. Can't return it because I am 11 past the return window. What a waste!

It works
Teen tumbler developed loose hips/legs/feet from lazy coaching and repetition on an octagon mat as a child. This retrained the body positions over a couple weeks. Lightbulb went on and skills set changed.

Broken after second use
These broke on their second use, by a lightweight athlete working backhandspring. The strap that holds the clip on came unsewed, rendering them useless. As such, they have been gathering dust for a year. Would not recommend.
