I bought the HTZSAFE Solar alarm system at the end of May. I had trouble with two different brands of detectors. They would give false alarms when the sun came out or went under. I swear even the wind must have had dirt or something as it would go off even then. So much for the previous ones.THEN I got the HTZSAFE with two sensors and a receiver. Not ONE false alarm. Thought I had one but in looking at my exterior camera footage it was a bird. Can't control that. I have that camera set up because the driveway side of our house is a blind spot when I am downstairs. The other is at our front entrance where the UPS or FedEx delivery person walks across the lawn to the house.It really performs as advertised. The sensor does not have the opaque lens that others do, but a nice clear lens. They were very easy to install and all mounting materials were supplied.I like the Solar charging and look forward to not changing batteries as I did with the others.They have over 30 different tones that can tell you which one was triggered. Also the receiver lights up with a number telling you which one it is. If you want to change the tone, have someone walk in front of it and while it is going off at the receiver, you can change the tone. OR you can bring it inside to do the same thing. I got to change one of them when my wife was walking our dog.If I had a new need, I'd buy them again. No more of the previous typesIt is now 2022 and the alarm is still working very well. We really like having different music for each one. Could be a little more just music and not birthday, etc. I am very please. I also have the pair for closer to the house on the driveway. It is the IR alarm and also is super. Hank S

I have never written a review on this product even though I purchased and installed them in the spring of 2021. These driveway alarms were super easy to install going up my long driveway and always worked very well to announce for me any visitor I might have coming (yes even the deer). At one point a few weeks ago the receiver that is plugged in the house quit ringing to alert me that someone was coming. I tried a few different things to reconnect them to the alarms but did not have any luck. I contacted the company and Robin emailed me right back with some suggestions I could try to see if the receiver would reconnect. Still no luck! I emailed Robin back to let him know that the suggestions did not work and he replied right back once again to let me know that a new receiver would be sent to me within a couple of days. Yes I did receive it and at no charge. Once again it was very easy to reconnect the receiver to the alarms and I was up and running again! All of this happened within 5-6 days, from the time I contacted the company until I received my new receiver! Thank you Robin for helping this old lady feel safe again!

this worked very well for the 2 months it was installed. Then it went into some sort of repeat mode you could not turn off, reset or anything. Kept making a door bell sound repeatdly . return date passed so im out the money. Save yourself some money and pass this one up. UPDATE... The seller contacted me and replaced the old one with a new one even though i had thrown the old one away and had not asked for a replacement. Got to admit that's good customer care. Really liked the unit and preformed well at 150 yards from the house. I'll give it the 4 i had originally given it. If its still working in 6 months i'll upgrade to a 5. It has alot of tunes also, more than most. Driveway alert is the tone i use.

This motion detector worked great when I set it up, superb motion sensing, it was great to set different tones for the different sensors so you know where to look when it goes off. I had the receiver plugged into my wall inside and it worked great until about the 4th day when I got home and it is playing a totally different tone over and over and the speaker is distorted. I tried unplugging it and resetting it and nothing worked. I opened it up and there is a weird spring that I believe is supposed to be soldered to the board but it was hanging off. I'm probably lucky it didn't catch on fire.... I would not leave this plugged in when you are not home. The cheap electrical board and soldering could be dangerous. There is another review with the board burnt up. I am going to try another one but am very skepticalEDIT - got a replacement and the replacement failed the same exact way about 2 months later. This stuff is serious crap. Don't use if you need a reliable motion alarm.

We bought the 1/2 mile system about 20 months ago. We live 1/2 mile off the main road on a shared drive until you get within 300 feet of our house. This house is well sealed, it takes a noisy vehicle to know that someone has driven up. We were tired of the surprise guests at the front door. I placed one unit about a 1/4 mile away on the common gravel road and the second at the entrance of our drive. We now know when someone is on the general drive and when they have driven on our land. Last month, the receiver quit working. I can not tell you how strange it felt to have people at the door ‘unannounced.’I had an internal nudge to check the warranty and found that it was 24 months. I emailed the company (email is clearly labeled on the unit, thanks for that). They asked for my Amazon invoice # and in just days a fresh unit was on our porch (unannounced, haha). I paired everything and we are back in business. These guys did a super job in producing this unit and in supporting it. Thanks so much!Side note: I did open one of the sensor units and note that it had some moisture in it. (I noticed someone reviewing about them not being watertight.) My remedy was to take some of the “FLEX” tape and cover the seam to seal it up.

Used it for driveway monitor on a farm, distance to main gate is quite a distance and units work perfectly even through trees and obstacles, no false triggers. Company even has after sales contact to see if I had problems or concerns but I had no issues and easy to use. I will be definitely doing business again!

Purchased for my mother's house as a safety precaution, she has dementia. The receiver is at my house, 2000 ft away.

Very easy to setup, range is good - the gate is 200m from the house and the receiver connects all the time. Being solar powered, no need for mains power.Two units in the pack, one is spare for when the first one packs in.

We are located in an area away from driveway and could not hear anyone coming into our yard,now we can, no surprises.
