Poor Microphone, volume controls don't work
We use speakerphones heavily in our office for meetings. Ordered this one as a replacement for an old Jabra speakerphone that stopped working after 5 years in service.I'm going to be returning this device and ordering the Plantronics Calisto 610.We did a side by side test of 3 different speakerphones (non scientific group of 3 colleagues). Jabra 510, Plantronics Calisto 610 and the Kaysuda. We had a single computer and we switched between the 3 devices in a Microsoft Teams voice meeting. We were simply talking with one side using a headset, speakerphone side of the conversation occurred in a fairly "echo-y" conference room.Results:- Plantronics was voted the best by everyone - Best sound output and did the best microphone pickup of voice in the meeting room. Echo was much lower than the others, voices much more clear and isolated. Much less background noise, even when we purposely made noise by dropping stuff on the conference table.- Jabra was second - 1 person thought it's speaker sounded better than the Plantronics. Microphone had more echo than Plantronics and more background noise. We were surprised as Jabra has sort of been the go to device for many years and is more expensive.- Kaysuda was a distant third. Everyone thought the speaker output was hard to listen to, muffled and unclear. The microphone pickup made all the voices sound very distant, tons of echo. The volume buttons on the device didn't affect volume output (the same buttons on the other devices worked). The mute button was functional though.I picked the Kaysuda up for ~$50 CAD. I see it on a lightning sale now with coupon for $28 CAD. This device is definitely not worth $99 CAD list price, however, at $28, some folks may be able to live with the lower sound quality compared to the ~$90 Plantronics and ~$130 Jabra. If you plan to do any sort of professional business calls with the device, then definitely spring for one of the other models.

Okay Mic & Sound, but lacks full integration with MS Teams
Sound and microphone are good, based on confirmation from my team. I use this with Microsoft Teams and it is okay, but lacks integration such as mute (this works independently of the Teams controls) and doesn’t have an answer / hang up option, so need to make sure a Teams window is visible. These are minor points for an otherwise well made product, I just wish the limitations were clearer in the product description. I’ve thought of returning is - I may do as it is early days, but it is hard to find an alternative with full integration with MS Teams.Update: After a few days of use I’ve been told my words are being clipped and I don’t sound as good as before. I’m going to return this product and I’ve reverted back to my headset with better integration and sound - it’s already an improvement I’m told.

Great speakerphone. Works perfectly.
I got this whilst I was having to work from home due to the 2019 pandemic. The unit is relatively small when sitting on a desk. About 12cm in diameter and about an inch deep. The four buttons on it are all touch, rather than mechanical clicking. They are off/on, volume up, volume down and mute. The unit is plugged in to a desktop or laptop by usb and in your software of choice, you should be able to select it.I am using Zoom and MS Teams and this works great with it.Sound quality is good and people can hear me okay.Having used it multiple times every day for the last month I have found it well worth the money.

Nice finish
I bought these to use on my work computer and found unfortunately that they block certain types of USB device being attached to your computer and unfortunately this turned out to be one of them. It worked on a home laptop though the speakerphone is a bit intermittent which suggests the conenction isn't good. The manufacturer is Chinese and maybe that is a factor that people will want to take into consideration.

1st Day Review.
Ordered then delivered the next day with standard delivery.Packaging was quality and I plugged it straight in to my PC.Have had 2 x Plantronics boxes before and both packed up and never worked again after about 12 months. They were Bluetooth and expensive. So I decided to go for the straight USB plug in option this time.First impressions. Excellent. A great product with clear sound quality. Absolutely 5 out of 5 so far. Will update with further use.
