It is easy to handle, heats up quickly and is non-stick... So makes excellent dosas or chappathis.

Works for dosas, no sticking
This pan works to create thin dosas, good non-stick surface. No oil needed, just let it heat, then turn down heat and add batter. Need to be careful washing it - I hand wash it.

Don't buy .it bend after first use only.. very low quality tawa
