It is easy to use. Suggest you cut about 3/4" longer than you think you will need because it will tend to shrink as it works its magic. What I found is that you could actually see the indentations in the skin where the compression is working. I took it to the hospital where my wife was undergoing a disaster of infection. The nurses were quite impressed at how it works. By the way, after 39 days in the hospital, my wife is home. Hooray!

Easy to use, tight enough to stay in place.

I amputated 1" of my 4" long middle finger, the middle joint is 1" wide. This is the best fit that I can find online or in drug stores. This tubular gauze has much more compression than the PA used when he dressed my wound. They buy the tubular gauze directly from Medline in large quantity. Higher compression causes the middle to be not mobile, not as comfortable and the last time I dressed the wound with 18" of tubular gauze it shrink too much. I will try 20" next time. I apply it 1 time up, then 1 twist and back to the bottom of the finger. By the way, per Dr. suggestion, I use 2" diameter X 6" PVC pipe as an applicator for the tubular gauze. I tapered one end to make it easier to stretch the tubular gauze over the applicator.

I sliced a chunk off my thumb and although it has healed there is still some skin flaps from the surgical glue that are sensitive. I cut a piece of this tubular bandage to size, pop it on my thumb and can work without pain or problems

Easy to use but falls off due to flimsy material, snags on everything.

Save your time and money. Zero compression with this product. I have xl size hands, long fingers, this product gives as much compression as a pair of thin knit gloves. I tried doubling it up, still a waste of time no compression. Returned the product.

The quality is nice.
