Highly recommend!
Finally egg white powder that whips to stiff peaks! Thank You God! Tried several other brands that were clumpy and wouldn’t whip up. Also really like that it is made in the US and comes with the inspection number for egg lot. Worth the extra money to get a high quality product that works. I use this powder for my carnivore bread and it was the best batch I’ve had so far - taste and texture is great with this powder and not clumpy at all and no bad smell. After the long journey of trying to find good egg white powder and failing I would highly recommend this one!

Must have for low cholesterol diet
Quick to fix for breakfast, tasty with added herbs, either fresh or dried, and one tablespoon of good olive oil, along with required water. Also works with recipes calling for egg or egg whites. I often add four drops of a good hot sauce for an extra kick, then microwave wave, or cook on stovetop quickly, low heat, in small oiled skillet. Also works well in baked goods calling for eggs.

Excellent quality and easy to mix (if you use a frother). With the recent egg white shortage, I decided to go the dried egg white route and I’m so glad I did. Been combining in my egg scramble for a little more protein. Delicious!

Expensive but works well.
I very much appreciate that this is produced in a gluten-free, nut-free facility. That is the primary reason I purchase this brand. That said, it works beautifully in my GF bread recipes, contributing to a nice rise, slight protein boost, and fantastic crisp edges when toasted. I've purchased it repeatedly over the past few years and have even used the egg white powder to replace whole eggs in cake/cookies/pancakes, etc. and it has worked fine.I do wish there was an organic option and that it was just a little less expensive. The zipper/seal on the bag is not my favorite - I often find that it doesn't fully seal and have to redo it several times. I may just invest in an airtight glass storage container to keep it in.Overall - nice product. Please consider offering an organic option!

It’s good!
So far i have used this in my oatmeal, my overnight oats, and in baked goods. No taste but the added protein is just perfect! Great product.

I.keep this on hand for baking with egg whites only , I hate wasting yolk. Works great for cakes , I have not tried eating it with omelet yet. Rehydrates fairly quick

Got Suckered In...
Hate to admit this, but got suckered in by videos of those tall beautiful protein breads made with egg whites and had to try the recipe but didn't want to have 10 egg yolks to use in something else. Surprisingly, the bread turned out pretty well! The egg protein powder is easy to use and good quality. Clear guidelines on the back of the bag instruct how to use for substituting fresh egg whites.

Seems to work OK
Does not seem to have any other ingredients than what’s on the package. It whips up well.
