I have been on the lookout for a lightweight, super-padded bag, with lots of room and this is it. While it looks like your average backpack, the top and bottom are actually two separated areas. The zipper that would normally lead to a small front pouch, opens the bag in half to reveal another removable bag inside. There are more cushioned velcro dividers than you could possibly use. Both top and bottom areas have small zipper or snap pouches for organizing your doodads and whatnots. Apparently, according to my husband, I am very good at choosing "dorky" things, but he approved and was impressed that it looks like "a good old-fashioned Jansport." We went for a hike and I stuffed the bag with an SLR with film, a micro 4/3 plus prime lens, a mini tripod, a pouch of filters and accessories, a spare battery, notepad and pens, and a quart of water. I still had room to add a laptop. You would think all of this would weigh a ton, but it didn't feel like it with the air cushioned straps and back padding. The straps also have a strap to go across your chest to make this feel solid against your body so you don't have to worry about it sliding around. Overall, this is a very convenient, attractive bag and I would recommend it to anyone with lots of gear to tote around.I received this product free of charge in exchange for a non-biased review.

This bag is great. I love being able to bring my camera and all accessories plus still have space for more, and all in one easy to carry backpack.The only flaw i found is that there is no bottom to the top half of the bag so if you put anything in the top you need to take it out before being able to get to your camera at the bottom.

This backpack is awesome. The camera compartment is well padded with little pockets for memory cards etc, and easily accessible from the outside. I shoot film, and could easily fit two bodies with lenses and an extra lens, plus a few rolls of film into the camera compartment. If you have a DSLR you could probably fit one body and maybe 2 lenses. I also love that I can take the camera bag out if needed, and the backpack part still fits a reasonable amount of stuff. It seems well made and looks sharp..though I'm not fond of faux leather, this bag still looks nice. This would definitely be perfect for travel--I wish I had gotten this pack for the last time I traveled.

I ordered this backpack to carry my camera equipment to take landscape photos as a hobbyist. The bag was smaller than I expected and the quality was not as expected either. It's not a super expensive bag, but the quality of zippers is similar to the $5 Five Below backpacks. I am also unable to return this item after 30 days, which sucks since I didn't get to use it before then (my fault, but good to know for those it's not too late for). Unfortunately I'm stuck with a bag I could've paid $5 for. Despite this, the colors were at least pretty. I'd look elsewhere for my camera backpack needs.

It looks so youthful and practical, but unfortunately my camera fit so tight in it, along with one lens, it's not comfy when it's full. I hope I will get better luck when purchasing camera bag online

This is a great bag! The leather-like material is very soft and supple. The bag has small rubber bumpers/feet on the bottom. It is extremely configurable: the camera pouch in the bottom half is removable, and features velcro dividers so it can be rearranged freely. The top section of the bag has a removable floor (again, velcro), allowing it to be expanded into a normal backpack.The computer pocket is large enough for my 12" MacBook and two spiral notebooks. I can also fit a folder if I really wiggle it in, but I wish the pocket was just a tad wider.It seems to be well padded, and is well made overall. I would buy this again.

I bought this backpack in March for an upcoming trip to Japan. When I first received the backpack I was a little put off by the fact that the camera bag was too big, it fits but you have to STUFF IT in the backpack. I made it work because I did not have time and honestly figured I could just overlook that issue and make it work.The day we left for Japan I carried my backpack with me, before I even boarded the plane the seams were ripping, and keep in mind that I ONLY had my camera, one lense, a book and some personal items in the bag. It was not over stuffed.I have since then used the backpack a few times (without the camera case) and it continues to rip and will probably be useless very soon.I think the design is good but it's extremely flawed. It needs to be a little bigger and better quality. Would not reccomend nor would I EVER purchase again. If it was $20 for this bag, I'd be fine but it's just too much.

Awesome bag! We wanted something comfortable and inconspicuous for traveling abroad.This bag works great as a regular backpack, with the added benefit of keeping our DSLR safe (and it is fashionable!).Highly recommended!
