I LOVE THEM
LOL, I bought these to replace desktop speakers for my computer/laptop. I was fed up with the poor sound quality and build quality of the average and better than average sets of desktop speakers, including the ones with a separate subwoofer. Seemed like I was lucky to get them to last a year. So instead of throwing more money out the window I started shopping higher quality speakers like "bookshelf speakers", especially with Bluetooth capability. But the pricing blew me away for what you get. And too many reviews for what were supposedly higher end products ($400 and up) were pretty sad. So as I kept searching for any decent pair of speakers for a seemingly reasonable price for what you get, PA system style speakers showed up on my radar and I thought why not. But most had really poor reviews or didn't have Bluetooth capability. And then I found these; good reviews overall, all the bells and whistles, and a price I could live with. They were packaged very well. I was a bit worried at first when they arrived at my house because the main outside box was ripped through from the carrier in two places. But no worries, everything came packaged nicely and securely inside the box from the manufacturer. Near as I can tell the fit and finish on everything (stands and speakers) is flawless. I'm really surprised at the quality of the stands (very nice), it seems like they could almost be worth what you pay for the whole package. What I was most nervous about was sound quality because for what you all get in this package for the price, I wasn't expecting perfection. So after all the unboxing and getting everything set up I opened a music app on my laptop and proceeded to connect with bluetooth. Hooking up with bluetooth was flawless but it can only hook up with one device at a time, so if you want to switch from hearing something from your laptop to say your smartphone, you have to first tell your laptop to disconnect from the speakers and then you can pair your smartphone to the speakers. For bluetooth on the speakers themselves, all you do is press the "mode" button on the main speaker or on the remote that comes with the speakers till the word "blue" shows up on the main speaker display. From there the speakers will automatically connect to whatever device you tell to connect to them and the speakers play a sound for confirmation that they are connected.I turned on some music and the speakers sounded very blah. No worries though, after messing around with the 5 equalizers on the main speaker while some music was playing they sounded great. Not great like some insanely expensive studio speakers, just really good overall. And they sound great whether turned down super low or cranked really high. Plus I like the red light on the front of the main speaker that lights up if the speakers are turned louder than they are designed to handle so you can tell what max volume is acceptable for potenially longer speaker life. You might ask why the speakers would be able to be turned up louder than they are capable....what I noticed it that depending on how you adjust the equalizers in conjunction with the type of music you're listening will allow or not allow volume to be tured all the way up or not. So if the music doesn't have heavy thumping bass and the equalizers aren't all maxed out, you can pretty much max out the volume without the red light coming on or at least not staying on steady. But with heavy bass and the equalizers maxed out the red light starts lighting up before the volume dial is turned all the way up.I really like that the speakers have a built in carry handle on 3 sides of the speaker housing. Even though the speakers are generally bulky it makes moving them around so much easier. I also like it how the speakers are designed to be used with or without the stands and can easily be laid down sideways on a floor or platform without using the speaker stands at all. As for the stands, I'm amazed at how nice they are and they can be adjusted at different height levels. The remote works okay in general but seems to have a weak signal. From where I sit at my computer desk, 15 feet from the main speaker, I really have to aim it just right toward the speaker for any response from the speaker. When I I get out of my chair and move closer to the speaker it works without being so finicky as to how I'm pointing it and with a quicker response time too.In terms of what you get for the price, I'm blown away. They may not be the loudest speakers money can buy (nor are they advertised to be), they may not have absolute studio quality sound but do sound really good overall, and some components (microphone and remote) may be relatively cheap, but near as I can tell it's all a steal for the money spent and if someone really wanted high end audio equipment they wouldn't be looking at these anyway knowing that high quality microphones alone go for over $100, cheap high end speakers are well over $5000, and a top notch set of speakers can set you back over $40,000.If you look at this box set for what it is, don't expect it to do more than it was designed to, and compared to other brands with much lower/poorer reviews, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with these. I'm liking mine so much I'm considering buying another set for the TV audio in my living room.I'll update this review if they don't stand the test of time.

Great Speakers - Fast Bluetooth - Powerful Sound + Cool Party LED Lights
These are actually GREAT powerful speakers! It links very fast with bluetooth devices. Tested it on mobile and tablet. Both worked with no problems and without static/distortion. Line in also worked well if you want to plug in an MP3 player or your phone player or even your PC.One of my favorite features is the multi-color LED lights that turn on when there is a loud enough volume and change colors with music. They also act like safety lights at parties when it's dark so drunken morons don't bump into the speakers... Regarding the BASS sound, certain reviewers mentioned that it may not be sufficient for outside use but those reviewers are wrong! - The bass sound partly depends on the original bass-output configuration amplitude of the song itself - it's not always the speaker. If you know how to use the EQUALIZER properly, you can always boost OR reduce the bass level accordingly. I found it to be just the opposite - it has a powerful bass and mid tones strong enough to host a bigger event (outside and inside) - For inside / home use, I actually lower the bass so it doesn't disturb the neighbors too much. With the MP3 player pre-amp knob, sky is the limit so you have to be careful not to over-amplify as even ONE single speaker can produce TONS of volume! Microphone jack is also useful for when you want to make DJ announcements or karaoke party or performing on the stage. The sound quality I found to be clear and crispy capturing a wider range of frequencies. The only thing I wish is for the remote to be more responsive and higher tech otherwise it still works fine. Price was reasonable for what you get and for the overall quality of the dual speaker system. I also ordered the Proreck wireless microphones which worked perfectly with the system and the receiver. As for the merchant, they have a pretty good customer service. There was a problem with my order and they sorted it out quickly and were very helpful and accommodating in resolving the issue. Good job!

Very Happy With The Purchase
This system seemed to have decent reviews, so we thought we’d give it a try. We are hosting an event in a ballroom with a capacity of about 125 people, and we needed a PA system and music. We added a pair of wireless mics and paired the Blue tooth, they worked flawlessly! We also are able to use our Amazon music app as it paired easily as well, just remember to mute your notifications in your phone settings, or they’ll come through the speakers as well. You can have your music playing and speak over it if you need to, or use the system for karaoke, or of course with no music at all, as a PA system. The sound to us is amazingly good for the price. No feedback, no hum, no interference. Bear in mind, these speakers are not studio monitors, but you can make them sound pretty good with a few tweaks, also, the quality of the recording you’re playing makes a big difference too. You have different options for sound quality with Amazon Music. If you intend to have these screaming loud, like stadium level, don’t be surprised if you experience some distortion….I mean they are only 300.00 speakers. You do get a lot of bang for your buck, but keep it realistic. We have not had to turn the volume up very high on these to fill the room. You do have to have your volume up pretty high to engage the LED light option, but we will probably not really use the lights, at least, having the lights did not influence our purchase.Having a clear, crisp sounding PA system was our goal, and this system really delivers. It is also a very professional looking set-up, if you are using it for an event like we are. This would also be a lot of fun for parties and karaoke night at your house. We are delighted with the purchase!
