I ordered this item and MOST pieces showed up fine - but several were broken/shattered. I tried to contact the seller but was unable to make contact. I submitted a return and returned just the broken boxes as the others were already in use. I requested a replacement of the broken boxes and received a full order in response. I was unable to contact the seller - so I assumed this was standard practice (as I had returned the broken pieces via Amazon returns and this item was clearly not very expensive to make.) Weeks/months later - I was charged for a full order stating I hadn't made the return. I had - I had returned the broken boxes. So now I have more boxes than I want, I have been charged in full, and the seller never took responsibility for the boxes that were broken that I could not use. Very disappointed I was never able to talk to the seller directly to work through a solution of having JUST the broken boxes replaced. Otherwise - product was fine. Cheap, not very well made - but met my needs.

You get what you pay for.Hard plastic display cases, windows are fairly scuffed and scratched and theres difficulties in removing the tops and not having your stones fly all over the room.But serves the purpose of displaying.

I bought these to put jewelry and crystals- the price was good for the quantity you get but I received some of them with hand smears and fingerprints on the clear top and all of them looks like they have dust or particles of lint on the clear top so I need to clean each of them. Also some of them have scuff marks on the edges - but I guess for the price you can’t really expect too much
