I couldn't find a net this fine locally. Works great on small bugs and thick pollen. Great value. Fits easily on pool poles. Versatile for all skimming needs. It's easy to use and easy to install on your pole.

Great net for skimming away all the annoying little stuff. Maybe not a durable as it should be, I had to replace the first one after 3 years, but after using this net the "normal" ones seem useless. Our stays out by the pool in the sun all the time, so maybe that helped break the mesh down...

This is a low-cost skimmer. Period. The cost is what you should keep in mind and is why this got 4 stars. The overall cost was a lot less than the other skimmers.Having said that.... The skimmer is small. Much smaller than I expected. That's a negative, but it is big enough to be usable. With the screen being more of a net than tight, it works for getting leaves and other items off the surface. It also works for getting things from the bottom, but because the plastic is a bit flimsy, I'm not sure how long it will last being used across the bottom of the pool to get leaves and such.So overall, it works. The net is nice, but it is flimsy and small. I'm keeping it as a backup but expect that I'll buy another skimmer where I'll pay a few more dollars, but it will be a lot sturdier. Of course, I should have spent a few more dollars the first time.

Had to buy a replacement. The other one got a hole from improper hanging. Has to be this particular one or anything thats a fine mesh like this. Got one from Wally and paid about $30 in hopes and nope, wasnt as fine of mesh as this. I need to this to get algae out of my above ground pool. I dont have a cover, its humid and hot, stuff gets inside (bugs/bird stuff) and next thing you know algae is covering the bottom and other floating gnats and whatnot. This does it perfect all the time. Would buy a third time if needed.

This was just what I needed for the small tiny flying ant looking bugs that go through the regular pool net. I love it!!! The price was good. Looks like good quality. The water flows perfectly while the net is holding all the bugs.

It worked well for about a year then little by little net tore away from rim. It had very light use. It wasn't expensive but I would really like a quality Product. Tired of having to continuously replace products that are lightly used. Just one more thing for the landfill.

I am here for my 3rd one! We live in South Florida and I use my fairly large pool regularly. I used to skim with the pole, but most of those nets are not fine enough to pick up the gnats, noseeums, and other small insects. So I found this one. With how fine it is, the drag can be difficult with the pole. So now I just hop in, walk around and skim my pool real quick. It's perfect. I'm here for a 3rd because I often just leave it on the side of the pool on really hot pavers and in the elements all year. The mesh eventually starts to tear. I suppose if I put it away after every use it would last a bit longer. Happy swimming!

I've purchased this item twice. First one lasted 2++ years. I find it ideal for getting tiny matter out of surface or the bottom of the pool...as the mesh seems smaller than other varieties. Don't cram it full of big heavy leaves...it's not that robust. But the material is slightly baggy...i.e. not super flat. So it's can hold items well before dumping.

Compré esta red con el fin de poder retirar de la piscina residuos pequeños que caen de los árboles o que trae el viento, las reder convencionales que encuentra uno en las tiendas de artículos para piscina no permitían hacerlo. Ha funcionado de maravilla, retira las partículas mas pequeñas permitiendo una mejor limpieza de la superficie de la piscina. El aro de la red se siente algo frágil, pero no como para romperse si un lo usa sin azotarlo al sacudirlo. Sin duda estamos satisfechos con la compra

Ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est décrit et de plus pour un prix élevéfilet maille fine mais ne suffit pas à prendre le pollent comme cela est indiqué.le filet est beaucoup trop petit et trop peu profond ce qui ne permet pas de garder ce qui est collecté.Cela peut passer pour nettoyer une piscine gonflable enfant mais pas une piscine enterrée.

The only thing wrong with this product is that it does not give you the option of buying the pole which fits over the handle, the sieve itself is excellent.

I’ve been looking for skimmer net with small mesh for a while and finally this is here. This skimmer is small but picks even the smallest of the pollen floating in the pool with it’s fine mesh.
