Can the keyboard tray be pushed inside when not in use?

Can’t find instructions. Anyone know where I can download them?

Is it worth its money? Easy to assemble? Can I (169 cms tall) look straight at the monitor (rather than down) when it's placed on the top tray?

Is it possible to drill your own hole for the monitor mount as the predrilled isnt suitable?
