edit: This might be the fastest response I got from the from the seller after I emailed them a day ago about my unfortunate product. They immediately sent me a new one and was very polite and apologetic. This is how everything should be handeled, professionally. I recommend!the first rotation is fine, but after the movement switches to counter-clockwise, the massager just stops working. turns out I'm one of unlucky ones but good thing seller reached out to me fast!

Love everything about this product! At first I had my doubt if it would help my stiff neck and back shoulder blade pain. After a week of use, all the pain slowly went away. I've been using different kinds of pain pills that my doctor told me to take, and exercises but none ever worked. Using it once a day with the automatic settings that stop after 10-15 minutes is good enough. Had my co-workers test it and they bought themselves one each. Would definitely recommend!

I really like the flatter design of this over my old massager. The old massager was very bulky and hard to use on a lot of areas of my back. This design is a lot easy to place down and lay back on. The only thing I don't like about it is the power/control buttons are on top and sooo often I lay back start to enjoy and bam it shuts off because I accidentally hit the power button. Some days when it gets really annoying when trying to work my lower back. I have to find akward positions to keep from laying on the buttons. I just don't know why they though it a good idea to put push buttons right were your going to put pressure for use. Just am idea if their reading but either put them more to the side or even better make the controls on the cord so they can be totally out of the way.

I initially bought this to use on my half-busted 25 year old spine. It works decently there but I’ve found that this items true value comes when my uterus decides to scream that I’ve once again not produced a grandchild for my parents. Gently laying this over a cramping stomach is AMAZING. The heat and massage is perfect for soothing all monthly tummy upsets.

Bought for my husband for Father’s Day, as he was having surgery and has a heavy labor job.. He used it ONCE, and loved it! However, attempted to use it the next day and it wouldn’t even turn on. I had bought the protection plan after reading other reviews. We have a replacement coming, so hopefully it works more than once!

This was literally my favorite item in my home and for some reason lately the right sides massager makes a weird noise when any pressure is applied, but only when the heat is on and going in a certain direction. I’m super upset and don’t now how to contact the seller about this at all. I would definitely like to know if I can fix it at all bc I love it otherwise!

I ordered this massager and loved how strong it is so much that I went to order another one and it has been out of stock ever since. When trying to order I am given a message to order another one the is IDENTICAL in appearance however it is FAR INFERIOR to this original one. Do not order the recommended replacement product. While it looks the same it is not as strong and if you put any weight on it, it jams and makes a loud noise.

My husband was very surprised when he opened this up on his birthday ! He loves it he has had many back massagers but he said this is his favorite . It heats up quick and he loves how the massagers switch direction. Only have had it a couple of days we hope it last for a while !

I liked that it's portable I've only used it once and it's really helped my back pain, so it's effective. but I think I leaned on it a bit too hard as I feel bruised so be aware don't mean to hard on it, it's definitely value for money, it's good quality, heat did get a bit warm but it was good, those 15mins do go quick though.

The media could not be loaded. It works fine but after few uses one of the side is making a weird sound like it'll come off. I don't know let's see in long term use.It helps relieve the pain. Pressure, heat and speed are all adjustable.

I highly recommend this product it is absolutely amazing i would expect to have to pay a lot more for a product of this quality, and not only that but it actually works, i have back issues and to be honest i wouldnt be very mobile without this back massager i find it essential to me and when ive had cause to contact customer services they have always been fast and polite and hone out of their way to help

The massage is great on my sore shoulder muscles, but the item is creaking on second use and skipping - it only arrived today. Think I will have to get it exchanged.

Good massage cushion.it cuts out in 15 mins wish it was 30 mins.good value for my money 💰
