While this is a Cisco product there are many reasons these devices are getting TOSSED OUT. Even Cisco engineers are saying if you want phones that will work then chose Linksys. Finding the correct power supply (if you are not using POE) and then finding service providers that recognize and support this specific model is a shot in the dark. Spectrum does not show this SPECIFIC device in their system and unless you have countless hours to trouble shot and waste on these phone which have NOT been factory refreshed then you going to set there with dead phones (like us). Don't waste your time or money. The phones we received had firmware dates of 2020 when the latest firmware for these phones is Aug 2023. They are NOT READ as this seller advertised unless.

It is impossible to transfer calls with this phone.
