Easy fermentation
Works great! I love the ease of fermentation. Just pop the air lock on and wait for your yummy snacks! No need for burping. I always have something in the process of fermentation.

Cracked airlock
One of the airlocks arrived cracked. The rest of them function perfectly!

Works great but...
Almost everything was perfect. Packed very professionally but one of the air locks was crocked down the middle and there was not damage to the container or shipping box. Leads me to believe it was cracked when packed. that's why it's not getting a five star.

Love these kits! Great purchase
I have made kimchi several times already with this. They work perfectly and are so easy to use! Just pop off the top,when the kimchi reaches your desired taste, put the little bung in and right in the fridge! Love this kit!

Theconly thing I would have done differently if I was selling these is to either include instructions or offer a website that explains them and fermentation. I took a class so knew thank goodness

Wide mouth jars
Great quality, but these are for wide mouth jars which I do not have so I ended up returning. Overall very solid quality and looks like they would seal and work well

absolutely a poor product.
Absolutely hot trash. The airlocks are dirt cheap so you're really buying this for the lids and the weights. The weights are pretty standard pieces of glass, nothing fancy here. The lids are incredibly cheap and every single gasket between the lid and the airlock has broken effectively making this worthless.Don't trust your fermentations to this setup, ESP for the price. RUn away.
