بعد تجربة المنتج قرابة الشهر.١. منتج قوي من ناحية المتانة.٢. يفيد لألم الظهر ولكن ليس من اول اسبوع عليك بالممارسة اليوم ستحس بالفرق بعد عشرة أيام تقريبا.٣. الأفضل عدم الشقلبة الرئسية لكبار السن او الذين عندهم أمراض في القلب او العين او ضغط الدم المرتفع.٤. انا تجربتي كانت بالتعلق بدون شقلبة من خلال رفع ثقلي بيدي لأن الآلة تدعم الشقلبة وتدعم رفع وزنك من خلال اليدين٥. انصح بها بشدة. هذه كانت تجربتي معها.
