We have recently opened our dog grooming salon and for the safety of both our employees and our dogs we needed CCTV with good recording capability. We didn't know anything about CCTV systems going into this and initially considered things like ARLO but quickly realized that the subscription fees were unreasonable and the rechargeable cameras were a bad idea.Then we looked at wireless cameras but the need for local power connections for each camera didn't fit with our interior design.Ultimately POE was the way to go. The CAT cables are hidden in the ceilings and routed back to the main device. Everything looks clean and sharp.As for the ONWOTE, set up was extremely easy and the camera quality is astonishing - particularly at night. In a windowless room with lights out the camera feed is almost as good as daytime.All of the motion tracking and alarm features are very nice. The mobile and PC apps work well. The main unit's UI design is intended for use without a keyboard, which I appreciate. I had only one question during set up and ONWOTE replied within a few hours via email and resolved it immediately.I am extremely satisfied.

We purchased the Onwote POE security system after a ton of research. Are their better systems out their, maybe so? However, for the money this seems to be a very good system. A bit labor intensive to run all of the hard wires. Which iIexpected. And so far we are very pleased with the system. We have only had it on line for about a week.We did need technical support with setting up the ethernet for the iphone app. They were very good with helping. We used email, so it was nice to have it in writing so I could follow their instructions perfectly. I just did not understand the manual instructions for the app. Their instruction made it easy to get up and runnning. Thank you very much.

Very difficult to setup, cameras constantly blink in and out when viewed on app. Useless. I will be finding a better DVR/controller and be replacing it. Don't buy this.

Great product the visibility on the cameras and clarity is the best I had .Customer service is responsive

had a couple problems with this. tech support helped me through it. I only give it 4 stars because the accompanying software is still confusing to use (and I'm a Networking engineer) multiple hoops to jump through just to get the PC software to work when the iPhone app worked flawlessly. I will give credit to the tech that went out of his way to help me setup a remote feed (to watch my elderly mother)

Price is reasonable quality is excellent easy to use very simple process. Will give a six month review after this one to see how things go.

had problems at first. ONWOTE Team techs helped me though it. during setup to get system online had cameras plugged in they had great pictures on monitor but didn't have it on in the dark for night vision or motion detection so didn't give review for them. ONWOTE Team techs where great, very fast response by email to guild me though the setup problems i had. unit had no problems working just my fault having setup problems.

High quality and reliable security system. Easy to use!Even local police loved the system using our cameras for a case. They said they haven’t see. One as good as this that didn’t cost thousands of dollars.
