These were a Hit at my granddaughters BD party! Teenagers and the littler kids loved them!

Not worth your money. The lights are only red, white, and blue and flash like police lights. Material was flimsy and cheap. Sparkle glitter went everywhere. They're very small, so you can't get away with adults using them. Don't recommend.

Received completely different item, ruined Halloween
My daughter was so excited to have light-up wings for her fairy costume. One day before her school costume parade, we receive the order, open it, and see a bag of plastic soccer rings! Beyond disappointed and my daughter’s Halloween is ruined.
