Got the subscription started

I've purchased this product 4 times and keep getting an error when trying to link the account with my corel stating "The specified account information is invalid". Even though its the same account email I use for coreldraw account. The product stays in a pending state on my software library, but shows that I can activate it... I'm so confused and have tried 2 different cards have tried loading a balance as a gift card and have spent 4-5 hours on the phone with amazon support. It might just be doing something wrong but this experience has been a nightmare.

We have been using Corel since 1992, it's always been our goto software with numerous import/export filters it allows us to work with many agencies and people to produce hi-end graphics and print work.

cannot download to computer and corel wil not answer phone, chat or emails, absolutley the worst customer service ever. Would strongly recommend to anyone to not buy a corel product, trying to get my money back
