The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the house. The bonus was the smoking chimney. The smoke does look a little like the house is on fire as the smoke leaks out a little under the chimney. It fits nicely with my porcelain Christmas village. Great for the price!

I really loved the look of this “Christmas “House” and was truly hoping that the main feature, the smoke from the chimney from the burning incense would work. What a huge disappointment and a complete failure. When I received it and took it out of the box, I could hear something rattling inside of the actual house. Then I noticed that the actual metal part where you place the incense located on the side of the house, was not flat but was sloping downward at an angle. So now, it’s obvious that this thing is defective and the smoke - the main feature, was not going to work. Obviously something was broken inside, but I just hoped that the main feature would work. It does have white Christmas lights on the “roof” that light up using 3 AAA batteries… and I did love that feature as it makes the house alive, but the defective chimney smoke feature is really disappointing. It is a great idea, but sadly, poorly made.I exchanged it and am still waiting on the new one to arrive - hopefully this next one works and has a non-defective chimney/smoke feature.

The item looks great and would make a great part of a Christmas Village set or alone on a shelf. I didn't try the lights, but other reviews look like they'd add greatly to the look.However, the thing that sets this item apart should be the reverse flow incense burner that is meant to send the smoke up from the chimney.Unfortunately, the first one I received didn't sit quite right and I found it was due to the hole being totally blocked with hot glue.I exchanged the item and the second one (shown in photos) was totally clear of glue, but didn't sit properly at all. The hole is set at an angle, making the burner base sit at an angle, causing the incense itself to fall off.There is no way to use the incense on the incense burner, which completely defeats the purpose.If you want it for a display piece and get it on sale, it could be what you're looking for, but if you want the incense burner with the smoking chimney, I suggest looking for "Collections Etc Smoking Country Christmas Cabin."

Super cute! I always wanted something like this and couldn't say no for the price. I got a lot of compliments on it. I wasn't crazy about the smells that it came with so I ordered some different ones that I liked better

Found a piece of Resin inside about 1 inch rectangular shape. Fell out when Battery compartment fell out as it came out of box. Battery compartment will not stay in place so every time you pick up house to turn on lights the battery compartment falls out. Won't be long before electric bulb wire comes out and lights will not work again.Do not like the two what looks like a separate Fireplace stack. Like someone else mentioned, it looks like a separate balcony. Incense cones come with holes smaller then the holders stem. Holder stem will not sit level in lower burner shute, and 3 cones, PLEASE can you afford them?My 1st photo is a comparison with another house I bought last year. It is a Cabin style building. Way better construction and better chimney and cone burner with magnetic cone holder for better security.I would return this item but for lack of time and need I guess I'm stuck with just a house with no chimney and light that may not last 1 season in my Christmas Village. My village grows in size and amounts of buildings and features every year.

I bought this for the looks. It is adorable. That being said, put batteries in today to find out it doesn't work. I do hear a rattling from inside, wonder if this has something to do with it? Judging from the reviews, sounds like this product was an issue for many people. Still cute though.
