DO NOT PURCHSE, terrible product.
First off, the description of the bike is incorrect. The bike ranges about 4-5 miles on a full charge and only reaches speeds of 16 miles per hour.Right out of the box there were already multiple problems. First of all, the throttle was lose and I was able to pull the whole entire handle off of the bike. Secondly, The brakes were lose and needed to be adjusted. After dealing with these minor issues there were major issues that came along. The frame of the bike is very poorly made. There are 6 screws that hold the handlebar together and 2 screws that hold the handlebar to the frame. After riding the bike for a few days, one of the two screws fell out of the bike which made the front of the bike nearly disconnect from the back of the bike. I tried returning my bike with the warranty they gave me, I had it for 4 days, they completely disregarded all of my calls and emails. I fell very hard on the road. It took me a few hours to re-mold the screw back into the bike but the bike is still pretty fragile.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.Paying a little more for a higher quality scooter will pay off in the long run.DO NOT PURCHASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

Highly recommended - A fun ride
This is exactly what I was looking for! Compact and convenient. Takes me where I need to go. No assembly needed so just take it out of the box and since it’s already charged, just insert the key and drive off. Easy to use and fits nicely in my car. It rides smooth and fast enough for zipping around through the city or park. I love it and would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

High quality scooter
The media could not be loaded. Great little scooter. I've been searching for something like this for awhile to tool around town and to the beach.Good: fast free shipping for me anyway, easy to unbox, simple to use, about 48" in collapsed position, On flat ground I hit 15 mph but I'm 6'0 and 230lbs. Nice construction, shock absorbers, fun to ride.Bad: Specification suggest a 20 MPH max but that is with NO rider. Silly false advertising. Little torque on even the slightest incline, I hit about 25% battery and I was on a slight incline and it just quit working so mind your meter. I pushed it back to the house and recharging to full took about four hours. I am suspicious of the 20 mile range though. I'll assume 10-12 max.Overall: great price, high quality, easy and fun to use, great for folding and stowing in your SUV to use on flat surfaces.

Great ride fast shipping
This is my second bike..Everything works as it should except the rear brake came non functional you press the handle and nothing..this is not safe to ride as in the front brake is the only brake and studders putting all that force on one brake..

Over priced but works, just not as promissed
I like this scooter. But the advertising is very deceptive.I was able to achieve 18 mph down hill for a few seconds.Battery life is no where close to 22 miles. If you are looking to commute around town plan on moving to a small town first. This scooter has decent power. The pick up is not bad. Nice stopping power too. This is pretty strictly a toy. There battery is not strong enough for a long trip. Meaning if you are not ok with walking this home do not head there.I agree with the other reviews that say it is over priced. I also have a E300 razor scooter. So I am using it as a baseline. I paid 1/3 the price of the Hover 1 for the razor and I would agree the Hover 1 is worth more money than the E300 but the suggested retail of $999 on this is crazy. The speed, acceleration, breaking and comfort of the Hover 1 is much better than the E300.Very important to note:1) you cannot return this scooter once you open the box!2) 120 day warranty is sub par.3) warranty claims must include a card that ships with the scooter, it would be easy to loose this card or toss it by mistake.4) $50 shipping fee for return shipping in the event of a claim in addition to the cost of shipping in for a warranty claim. The long and short of this review is this scooter is and expensive toy. If you are looking for more than a $1000.00 toy keep looking.

Quality is not guaranteed and not true to description.
Seat wobbles and not secured after a few rides which can eventually hurt you. Speeds can get up to 15-16 mph on a flat surface and at a distance of 4-6 miles on average depending on your terrain. Problem is which will become common is that even when you are half battery the scooter tends to shut off and not turn back on which is scary because you can be miles away and all of a sudden it dies on you. You would have to drag a 50lb bike walking home. This we're the issues I've experienced and which I had no choice but to send back because I can't trust the bike because of the constant shut down. I tried reaching customer service but you can't through phone because they switched to email base which can be harder to get the issues resolved.

like it's going to fall apart
I really regret getting this!!! This is straight out of the box. Reasons:It barely goes up an incline (less than 10*). I weigh 155.Left handle grip came right off, before I even rode it.Right signal light doesn't work.Rear brakes need adjustment. Can't stop at all if I wasn't for the front brakes. When front brakes applied, the scooter rattles, like it's going to fall apart!Charging receiver (I not sure what it's called) on the scooter broke right off after I tried to plug it in to charge. I had to open it up because it was pushed in. The part simply BROKE!! Now I have it just dangling there.I never write reviews. I was so disappointed that I'm just going to give this thing away. What a waste of $650!!

Great next level commuter scooter !!
These scooters are so much fun! Like a moped! Best on flat ground but can go up inclines as long as you are a lighter person. Very sturdy and sleek looking. Nicely made. Not sure how long it stays charged yet but so far it’s been great!
