Great protein powder
I use this for after workout. Add some almond milk in blender along with strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana, ect.... and any other fruit, Mix well, then add scoop of chocolate protein powder. Man thats a good drink :-)

Really good, affordable whey protein
I really like using this whey protein to make my shakes in the afternoons. This, combined with oat milk and PB powder makes a fantastic post-workout shake. It mixes very well, tastes great, and does not have too many calories. I would not use it as a mass builder, but if you just want a good protein for trying to get enough during the day, I would recommend this. It is the best value for your money when it comes to protein, in my opinion.

En lo personal no me agrado tanto ya que me produjo inflamación y extrñimineto los primeros días que la tomé, ya después que me adapte a la fórmula todo bien, sin embargo no la volvería a comprar

Easy digestion
Been using this for years as needed. I used to use this twice daily when I would cut for the summer. No stomach discomfort with this one.
