Waste of money!
Item is NOT perpetual motion as advertised. Requires a battery, which was not mentioned, and very noisy.

BATTERIES AND THE BEARINGS ARE NOT DEPENDABLE TO LAND ON CATCH TRAY
Throws marbles anywhere, they don't land in the tray dependably. The toy requires batteries which was not advertised. The item overall was not what i thought exactly what it was. It is also made of plastic parts which look like nice wood in the photo. The seller packed the item in the books with all the pieces arts loose so the base which was wood was all dinged and scratched from transit. Do not recommend purchasing this item.

This is trash
This product doesnt work. Mine came half assembled with some wire thing that was supposed to direct the ball back to the cup but the wire was bent badly. There was another piece of wire that looked like the bent head of the first one but only about an inch long. What Im supposed to use that for I dont know. Without it this thing only returns the ball to the cup maybe 10% of the time. The rest you will be chasing across your table, picking up off the floor, etc. IfI could give a zero star or negative star review, I would. Total junk.

Yes, it's battery operated and it's not truly perpetual. The bottom is stained wood, there are metal pieces. The top cup is semi-wood look plastic, looks fake. The ramp is connected to the base with a plastic clip and not metal as shown. The end wire is NOT connected but has a hook that you must somehow connect. Very misleading.I'll set it up and if it works I'll keep it in the office to break up the insanity of talking to some people.
