TL:DR - I was very very surprised by this product and glad that I gave it another chance. It really does work with inkjet.Bought this because I want to do some washi-tape-esque inkjet printing for a project. When I received the package -- yes, paper was in a protective sleeve, then folded in half into a zip lock, only one crease--I took out the paper and felt it. It slick and waxed on both sides. Certain that it would not take pen, let alone inkjet, I was disappointed. When I went to review it today, I decided I'd give it a proper test of sorts. I was quite happy to learn I was wrong! I have written on the paper with pen, it takes a second or two to dry, but once dry it's on the paper. Uniball Vision is a waterproof ink, after it was dry I put a drop of water on it and tried to smear it. Nope, no smearing. The paper crinkled, as it is waxed tissue, but the ink did not move. So, I threw it in the printer. Yup. It took the inkjet ink. Again, give a minute or so to dry, and make sure the tissue is affixed to a stiff sheet (and isn't gonna snag in the printer). The inkjet did not smudge after drying. I then tried some watercolor. It took the watercolor without beading up at all. The paper did crinkle with the moisture and bleed through. It does dry eventually. If you're considering this product, it did work better than I expected at first site.

This deli paper is perfect for gelli plate printing, strong and wonderful to work with.

I would use these for food, but they are NOT good for tracing paper. They are so thin, that they rip if your pencil is sharp. Which defeats the purpose of tracing paper. Don't waste your money just to be frustrated and still needing tracing paper like I did!
