Good Watch
The watch is nice. It gives good accurate data. The problem I have is I can't read the instructions. The print is so tiny that you have to have a magnifying glass to read it. Other than that I have no problem with the watch.

Amazing watch for the price!
This item is the closed watch to the Fitbit Sense without draining your wallet. I have both of them and I will give you an accurate and honest review. The Fitbit has a quality feel to it but Smart Watch is lighter and is more comfortable on the wrist. From a close distance, no one will know the difference. Fitbit is way more advanced than the Smart Watch but most of the Apps are useless and impractical. Further, Fitbit constantly reminds you to purchase advanced Apps which I find very annoying. In conclusion, I feel for $21.00, the Smart Watch gives you all the Basic Apps you need and is very easy to set up and navigate through each of them for a palatable price tag.

piece of crap - updated
I got the watch and was excited to use it. I connected with my phone, I got notification from both messages and phone calls. I then turned on the heart rate monitor and downloaded a new watch face, it then disconnected from my phone and started going into a loop every 5 seconds - clock, blank, clock, blank. The touch screen no longer works and I can't reconnect my phone. Not usable. I emailed the manufactor 2 times in the last 10 days and got no response. Returning it to Amazon.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and apologized profusely, several times, I had already sent the watch back to amazon for my money back and the seller still sent me a new watch which works well. The only flaw is that the shake to open doesn't work very well, i have shake it very hard or tap a suface to get it to come one and the messages don't show until i open the watch, I still recomment it for the price.

It's not the watch, it's the APP!
Buying a watch is like buying a computer: you buy the hardware but it's the software that comes with it that is really important. This watch is fine. The face is a good size for a normal wrist; it feels comfortable and it is easy to read in normal light. However, the app it uses, HeroBand III, leaves a lot to be desired, so I returned the watch to Amazon, the first time I've returned a non-defective product in the thirty or so years I've been a customer.I'm 85 years old and I gave up running about 3 years ago, but I walk the neighborhood almost every day. For my other watches, if I stopped to talk with a neighbor I could set the timer on my watch to pause, then restart it when I commenced walking. I couldn't do that on this watch. Also, the timer is in the watch itself, not on my phone, so it is very hard to see in the strong South Carolina sunlight. Finally, I know my route is two and three quarters miles but the app says i've only walked a bit over 2 miles. It has GPS but my guess is that for walking it uses a pedometer system. It reports the correct number of steps but it must have a stride that is short built in.As for the sleep monitoring system, it shows the breakdown between deep sleep and light sleep graphically and it reports the total time sleeping but it does not give an arithmatic breakdown. My other watches had a routine for following weight which I found convenient. This app doesn't have that. Finally, the other ongoing measurements for heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen seem fine.If the things I consider to be shortcomings don't bother you, theprice of under $30 is hard to beat.

Slow in reacting
Not a bad watch! But slow to react when lifting wrist, not enough watch face choices (only 4). Doesn't wake when face tapped. Never had an update, it is what it is!

Get what you pay for
At 1st was good but it’s just annoying now. Good its waterproof and the app was easy to connect. Bluetooth disconnects every night even with my phone nearby. Step count is inaccurate. Alarm doesn’t work because needs Bluetooth. The touch screen is poor to use. It was £35 not £250 so you get what you pay for
