I like that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. Rosie( thats what i call her) will vacuum in lines and not just anywhere like other robot vacuums. She does not use too water and she docks good for recharging. The app is a little confusing. So far i would recomend e specifically if you have pets that come and go.

Don't expect this Ecovacs Deebot T10 Plus vacuum to operate as described. This "expensive" Ecovacs Deebot T10 Plus is complicated to manage and integrate into WIFI and Alexa voice recognition. I've never gotten the voice recognition to function. The vacuum doesn't recognize simple things like slippers, vases, or even small pets. The 3000pa suction is difficult for me to believe since it leaves behind relatively simple items that a standard vacuum would pick up, such as paper and small pieces of debris, especially on hard floors. If you have bathroom or kitchen carpets, the Deebot T10 Plus will get stuck (and even stop) trying to maneuver these rugs. You will are forced to take all these items off the floor every time you use this "automated" vacuum. I keep asking EcoVacs for help via their third-party customer service provider (ZenDesk), and all I get is delay after delay. In the last email (see jpeg), ZenDesk said to wait for an indefinite time, which has now been over seven months.The accessories for all Ecovacs robot vacuums are very costly. Not something you generally think about before purchasing an expensive vacuum. Skip the headache with EcoVacs and go elsewhere. Use another company that has better customer service and cares about its customers.AMENDMENTToday I received an email responding to my 15+ emails regarding my issues above. ZenDesk is now telling me to send back this device to warranty. I'll take my financial licks here, but you watch out, or you'll find yourself in the same boat I am. It's worth noting that this vacuum is the second replacement I received. I should have learned after the first replacement.

Really like this vacuum, it really feels smart. With every clean it touches the furniture less and gets closer to the walls. The cleaning is awesome too.This would definitely be a 5 star review, but unfortunately the ability to view the video love feed for me is broken. It gives an error every time I try to lunch it, even on two different phones(one android one apple), and no less than 5 different networks. I have been working with the support folks on it for about 4 days now. They email me back something to try, it doesn't work, and I wait to hear from them again. Right now it seems this feature doesn't work at all for me. This was a key feature for me, so I could check the house from work to make sure there were no suprises from my pets before cleaning.If I can get it working with support I will update the review.

All the features that supposedly made this vacuum great, don't work well. I've had it for several months to give it a fair shot, but ultimately very disappointed that we bought this. The self-emptying doesn't really do anything. I still have to open up the vacuum after every single use, manually empty it, and detangle the brushes. The little knife it comes with for that is good but i wish it hung on the base so it didn't get lost. It's vision does not help it clean or navigate better, it just makes it taller so it can't clean under anything. I always have to re-learn after it's cycle because it doesn't pick up most stuff and just plows fur around. The mop is a joke and the aroma feature doesn't really do much. It's terrible both on the floor and on the rug. And it only comes with 1 vacuum bag which is tiny so it fills up super fast then you have to replace it constantly. Wish it was a reusable bag that you could just pull put and empty if it's going to be so tiny. It doesn't even last 2 weeks, and I'm not even having it do my whole house, just the living room and kitchen. It's travel pattern seems random which means it misses entire areas even though it's been mapped properly. Would not recommend.

For such an expensive robot you would expect for it ro last at least 5 years but no ! It lasted me 10 months could not find the company phone number to ask for it to be fixed tried troubleshooting ir multiple times and after looking well enough found the company phone number and called. They told me the machine only had a 1 year limited warranty and could not do anything. They were super rude and dismissive. I asked to buy the part that was damage which is the front wheels they told me it was out of stock, they got all my info and told me they will reach out to me via email once the parts became available. They also said they weren't able to give me an estimate of how much the pieces cost or how much the repair will be because in order for that to happen i needed to send the robot for them to be able to tell me the estimated cost. This was in May of this year and I still have not heard back from them. So be aware that when you buy this it might not even last a year.

The media could not be loaded. Wow!! This product is amazing!! How come only 3 reviews!!- takes like 2 mins to set up- less than 5 mins to map my 1900 home- it changes suction power so smoothly from floor to carpet- very low noise, my cat is not afraid of it- the air freshner is great- very modern and beautiful look- return to station like advertisedMust get!!
