I purchased a king size Cloud Nine Series from SoundAsleep a little over a year ago. I use it on occasion when I have family over and the last time I used it on the second day a small area on the top started to swell and eventually got bigger. I called the company and spoke to Casey on the Support Team and she informed me that the problem was something internally she believed if I'm not mistaken that one of the chambers could have ripped. Although I was just outside the warranty without asking her she immediately offered to replace the air mattress. Her kind understanding demeanor was really reflective in her conversation with me and without hesitation she demonstrated to me how much the company values their customers.I would recommend SoundAsleep not only for their customer service but their air mattresses are top notch and super comfortable. It was a real bonus to have a company and a person like Casey that values and wants to see their customers satisfied not only when things go good but when things go wrong.

Just received a replacement mattress for a Twin XL that had been lightly used (less than half a dozen times). I called customer service on a Friday and left a message that the auto fill motor was making noise and wouldn’t shut off after the mattress was full. Now, here comes the amazing part.The next morning, Saturday, I got a return call from Casey apologizing for not being able to call back on Friday. The office was closed but she was following up anyway on her day off. Having witnessed the decline of customer service from almost every company over the past 10 years, this was pleasant surprise. Casey was about to give a master class in the art of customer service. On her own time she listened to the problem and sent a replacement right away. She was friendly and charming and well informed. Thanks Casey!In this day and age companies like Costco and Amazon are dominating the marketplace by their commitment to excellence and understanding of the power of customer service. Casey and SoundAsleep products deserve to be on the list as well.Now, there’s more to the story but it’s not necessary to go on here in this forum. It’s sufficient to say that her efforts will pay off in more ways than she can imagine.Thank you SoundAsleep and thank you Casey.

I love this bed, but I love the customer service even more! During a home renovation, I slept on this bed every night for several months, and then one day, it began leaking. I contacted the seller over the weekend and Casey called me back on a Sunday morning. She agreed to replace the bed but it happened that this was the second airbed (the other bed was another, much cheaper brand) that had failed on me. I went on to describe the extra precautions I had taken with the bed like a foam yoga mat underneath for protection and extra padding on top, but what Casey soon realized was that I was sleeping on this bed every night during this six plus months long renovation project and she informed me that the bed was not intended for daily use. And sure enough, I found a printed label on the mattress by the control unit saying exactly that. But despite my admitted misuse of the product, Casey still replaced the bed at no cost to me. The bed is fantastic if used as intended, but the customer service, that was even better!

I used this air mattress temporarily for myself while waiting for my bed to be delivered after renovations to flood damaged home. It seems to me to be well made, inflated & deflated easily. E sure to get deep pocket sheets as the mattress is a nice thickness.

I purchased this because our elderly dog cannot manage the stairs so I have been sleeping on the floor. This is a great air bed, providing me the opportunity to be near my dog yet keeping me off the floor. I have been using it daily because of this and have enjoyed the nights better than sleeping on foam on the floor. I have used this mattress for about six months and it is finally showing signs of the additional wear. The automatic inflation after periods of being on the mattress have become almost constant extra pumps of air. I would have given it 5 Stars, I but know I am going to have to purchase a replacement in the coming weeks or months. Time will tell.
