I purchased this tool because I started working on my own home project. I didn't know this kind of thing was out there so I had created my own with wood but one day started to check on Amazon using different names and fortunately this one popped up and then I knew this was exactly what I was looking for.This will save you a lot of time and effort if you are working with concrete blocks.

The clamp has a nice tight spring. Cheaper than other similar clamps.I could do without the string line.

The tension strength on these is more than adequate to get a super tight line. I highly recommend for when you need to lay some straight blocks/bricks.
