I was so excited about this. Since I'm working from home, power outages are something to keep in mind. I've had this battery and for over a month now, and "fortunately" I've only relied on it once. A couple of days ago, I got a small power outage and I lost internet. I wondered why since the battery was plugged in, but I discovered it was discharged and it was only acting as a pass through from the wall adapter to the modem instead of working as a backup battery. Long story short, I was never able to get it to charge again and I got a normal UPS instead.Edit: added 1 star to my previous review since they got in touch with me for troubleshooting and to try to fix it. It still doesn't work, though.Second Edit: they determined the product I received was defective and they quickly issued a replacement. Excellent customer service and I'm more than happy with the outcome!6-month update: The replacement unit has withstood 5 blackouts now, one of them for longer than three hours, and it's still working like a charm. Even though my first impressions were negative, I was already excited about this and seeing they care about their customers definitely was the cherry on top. Super happy with it.

This was purchased for a wifi router that covers a large portion of the property. Due to its location, the router could not be placed on the regular back up. Living in an area with a lot of short power interruptions, it was inconvenient to have to manually reset the router after each blip. I installed this and it has been working seamlessly. The included instructions mentioned something about having to reset the battery after each power outage but I have been using this for over a month and have not had to reset anything.

This is not a traditional UPS, which is good in the primary use case for a product like this. Instead, this is a battery pack that powers the router, access point, modem, etc. and is continuously charged by the included power adapter whenever utility power is available at the outlet. Can handle anything that runs from 12V DC and consumes less than 2A. A variety of changeable cable ends are provided that a close-enough match is possible with nearly any device having a cylindrical DC power input connector. I would have given this product five stars except that the included instruction sheet is worthless -- bad even by the standards of typical English written by somebody who has never spoken English. If you understand how to connect this device, I recommend this product, as it works well. If you need the instructions, look elsewhere.

The UPS power bank stopped working after 5 months.Amazon doesn't provide a way to contact the manufacturer/seller as it says on the website.Also there is not warranty n this product, so it expect it to work a little more than a month so Amazon doesn't have to refund/replace it.

Packaging appears professionally done - this product includes adapters for most routers. I am currently using this ups with my ASUS RT-AX3000 wireless router with no problems.
