I bought this as the previous dock I had and loved was no longer available. My biggest need was to be able to charge without removing my case but this became even more important as I have added a brilliant super slim power case. My old desk charger handled this with aplomb. When the NXET arrived the first thing was its packaging was a class above my previous charger. The second was looking at the build quality. All much better than my previous one. The wheel at the back allowed me to quickly adjust so it fitted comfortably with Phone and powercase and we were off :-)Stable, easy to mount the phone and as it is adjustable if I want to charge my ipad or other lighting devices I can. I would have given the full 5 stars but considering this is 3 times the price of my other desktop charger I felt, even though it's better quality, it didnt give as moch value for money as the old one. That's still being used BTW.

Easy to use just place I-pad or phone on stand

Pretty good product I bought it for an old phone so it could sit on the kitchen and use apps for radio, Spotify, etc. My only disappointment which I should have really expected is that since I read all the packaging in some Asian language I don’t won’t to leave it plugged in for long periods of time for fear of it being a fire hazard which renders it a bit pointless really. I think I will pay the extra and get something certified from Britain next time.

Like, has a support at the back, unlike Apple where the phone is held up by the plug. Quality look and feel. Dislike, nothing.

Does exactly what it is meant to do good value for money

Wasn't really happy with this product due to the fact it was on my bedside table which I used it to charge but was frustrating when I had to use the phone then replace it back on the charger in the dark which took ages so ended up turning the light on every time to Dock it as its hard to place the phone on the plastic part to charge it.
