Exceptional headset
After much research, I took a gamble on these and could not be happier. I work remote and use them for 1-2 hours at a time and up to 6 hours daily on Teams meetings. The pro's outweigh the cons. Hopefully, they will last. Logitech has served me well over the years.Pro: Well built with a padded metal head strap, they fold up to sit on a wireless charging pad, they talk to you when connecting/disconnecting and muting/unmuting, putting the wand down unmutes and up mutes, the wand goes 180 degrees to use on the right or left, sound is clear hearing and speaking, the ear pads are mostly comfortable and they block out most ambient noise, and there is an off switch on the side to turn them off and save the charge.Con: They squeeze my head after a while because of the spring metal strap (but I have a larger head and I am glad it is metal instead of plastic), you have to push the ear cushions to the smallest position to balance the headset on the charger, the charging pad was not included (I bought a higher power one that matched the headset specs and it works well), and occasionally the volume would go to max when disconnecting from Teams calls (I anticipate it and lower the volume before disconnecting).

Great for 8 hours of work
I work from home taking calls for 8 hours , the battery life is amazing usually by the end of my shift I only have 80% left of battery. The sound quality is also very good, it helps cancelling background noise but my favorite is that it does block out any noise my toddler makes 😅. I know the price is a lil high but if you’re a mom and you need assurance that your kids wont be heard this is a great investment. They are also comfortable, not to tight so you won’t get headaches. Great product I love it

Terrible sound quality when mic is activated
I really wanted to like this headset. Its very comfortable to wear, the sound quality is very good for music or games....that is until the mic is activated. When the mic is activated the sound quality is horrible, very shallow no bass, harsh treble. I am not sure what causes it, but it makes them unusable for listening to music and using voice chat like discord at the same time. Also while in game and you activate the mic for in game chat the game sound effects and music become very washed out sounding, no bass and very harsh treble, very flat sounding. I tried the headset on multiple computers and phones and every time the mic is activated the sound quality becomes terrible. I'm not sure what is causing this issue (maybe firmware) , but I have a cheap $30 on the ear USB-C headset just like it (but not as comfortable) from an off brand company that sounds great if the mic is active or not, the sound doesn't change. The sound quality of the headset is great until the white LED ring that is around the mic button on the controls is illuminated. When the white LED is illuminated the sound quality of the headset is very bad.I tried to contact Logitech customer support and was communicating with someone named Jeffery. Jeffery has a very poor understanding of how USB audio devices work and he instructed me to "update my Windows sound card drivers" When I explained to him that the USB audio device doesn't use the computers built in sound card he failed to respond back. I also asked him to get me in touch with a higher tier tech at Logitech, but he has ignored my requests. I haven't heard back from him for over a week now.At this point I have no choice but to return the headset for a refund. A shame really they would have been great, just what I was looking for in a headset, but I cannot listen to the horrible sound quality that they produce when the mic is activated. Its a shame that Jeffery wouldn't get me in touch with a higher tier more knowledgeable tech support person, maybe we could have figured out what was causing the terrible sound quality.

Works well with Mitel phone and Samsung Galaxy Note
It connects easily with Bluetooth enabled Mitel phone. No issues with sound quality for either end of the phone. It also works well for video and non video calls with Samsung Galaxy Note. The headset connects to both devices simultaneously, so switching between devices is very easy.

Works with Google Voice and Teams!
I tried four other (more expensive) systems to connect with Teams and Google Voice, but they all failed. Not only does this work, it is basically plug-and-play. The sound quality is sharp and clear for voice and music, which is perfect for me.Sound suppression works well. One of my co-workers is very hard of hearing and she is extra loud when she is on the phone or talking to someone else. It does not pick her up well enough to discern the conversation even when she is less than 6' from my desk.Sometimes it doesn't automatically connect to my computer when I change locations but if I reboot, it will connect. That probably has more to do with my crappy work laptop than the headset, but I don't know for sure.I would definitely buy again and recommend for someone else needing this for Teams and/or Google Voice. :-)

Good headset, but expect a charger stand for the price
Works great, functionally does everything it should as a headset, ANC is good. Headsets that connect via a dongle are the only way to go if you don't want to be constantly fighting with the Bluetooth connection and device visibility when making Teams, Slack, etc. calls. The Logi Unifying dongle could be great, but since it acts as a USB hub when you have keyboard, mouse and headset hooked up means it doesn't play well with laptop docks, KVMs etc. since you are already connecting to a hub when plugging into those. Not a big deal, but makes the configuration far from seamless. A big problem for me with these is that they are missing any kind of charging stand. I think this is a must for office headset since you are taking them on and off often and keeping them plugged in and ensuring they are charge is a hassle. I was okay with that because I have a wireless charger platform, but turns out the wireless charging configuration as pictured doesn't work as well as it should. Since they are not magnetically linked to the charger they fall over unless you have them adjusted to their smallest size, which is not ideal. For the price I would expect the charging setup to be well designed/thought out, but it is not.
