This guidebook is for anyone over fifty years old. It has easy explanations, and examples and not all the stuff you don't need. It explains how to install apps, use headphones or a keyboard, clear your history, know when a site is not safe, emails, photos and videos, and so much more. Some things I knew but have learned a lot from this book. For example, all the scams going around, in your emails and the web. I suggest you read this book if you are thinking of getting a windows 11 computer, very helpful.

This is a great book that covers the fundamentals of Windows 11 in an easy, simple, and non-complicated way. I love that you learn about the basics, starting with installing the software and how to navigate it. You learn how to download other software and apps to use. I enjoyed reading about apps to consider downloading such as zoom, Netflix, Prime Video, and more. There are so many useful tips in the book to help get you set up with Windows 11 and any other apps and emails you want to add.

This is a great guidebook for learning windows 11. It uses simple terminology that anyone can understand. Everything is explained in ways that even someone who is new to computers will be able to understand. You’ll learn how to download apps, navigate the web, get and send emails and protect yourself from scams. Everything you need to know in this easy to understand book

Yes it has large type however the illustrations are so light , in most instances, they cannot be seen. Will probably return and look for a book that is more helpful. Since the book is only about 60 pages I think one whole page could have been dedicated to an illustration that is readable.

Unless you have just purchased or sat in front of a computer for the first time, there is next to nothing to be learned from this manual. The illustrations are tiny, illegible and totally unhelpful. Also, there are totally blank or nearly blank pages included as pages-( yes seriously, I counted as least 10 or more.) Seniors, sit down with your 8 year old grandchild one afternoon and learn more than this book has to offer.

I ordered this for my elderly husband who has a new laptop with Windows 11. The book is not helpful at all. He likes to see the diagrams and they were either totally or partially faded out or nonexistent. Even with a magnifying glass, the icons were illegible. It looked like the pages were copied on a copier that was running out of ink. We ended up buying him the Windows 11 for Seniors for Dummies which has real diagrams and much clearer instructions.

The text print is large, while the images are small and black, white or gray. Don't expect the cover art to accurately represent the interior figures--it doesn't.
