A reliable tower fan
This fan really effectively cools a fairly large room on its higher speeds, and has easy to use settings. I'm especially happy with the descriptions of the amount of sound made by the fan, and the highest setting isn't super loud.

Great product, but shipping was difficult to contend with
Ordered this because I have another that I love. Great product, multi-speed, and quiet. Highly recommended. Seller sent wrong shipping data, product was delayed, but still arrived eventually. The product itself is great, though!

Love it!
I ordered this because I bought a fan from Costco to use at night and it was so loud! The reviews on this were good and it promised to be quiet. Well, that promise was right. This fan is so quiet, even on the highest speed. I mean, you can hear it at highest level, but it's not like some industrial fan like my other one is. Very happy with it and nice to have a remote.

Black (8 sets) is better quality
I have both fans. So far, the black one is quieter in sleep mode and overall better quality. The white one started to make weird noises in sleep mode if working for a half day. If you are not bugged by noise - a cheaper option would be acceptable. If quiet sleep mode is a priority, choose a black fan with eight sets.

SCREEECHING (Not Quiet)
The media could not be loaded. I bought it, and it had a very faint screech. It has developed into what you can see and hear in the video, making the swing-rotate function an option. I thought this brand was reputable and worth the money, but I found out otherwise. If you are looking for a reliable, quiet fan, this is not it. Guess 2 months for an expensive fan is too much to ask these days. I wish I would have returned it right away versus seeing if it would go away. (Reassembling the base will not fix this.) Buyer beware.

Noise issues
I first bought one that on day 3 started loudly squeaking while oscillating. WD40 and loosening the red screw did not work to solve this issue. I returned it for a replacement and the new one is making a click noise every time it reaches the left side of its oscillation.
