Healthy. Just like advertised.

Was very disappointed in this order. The two plants were crammed into a box that was too small for the order. Branches were broken on one. And the last time i ordered this same plant they came similar in size.This was not the case this time. One was tall and spindly and the other has the nice shape. I bought these to go in matching planters like I did before and the plants look awful. Very disappointed.

Purchased 3 of these. They each were healthy and beautiful. Planted a month or more ago and they are fluffy and happy and growing well. Easy care, no fuss. Really pretty yellowish green and very light citrus scent. I was worried that three might be overwhelming but not at all!

Almost one year later and it's doubled or tripled in size.

The two trees I ordered appeared healthy with lots of bushy top growth when they arrived. However when I removed them from the nursery pots for repotting, I found that the roots were very small, shallow, and not fully formed. There did not appear to be a main tap root; just many little weak feeder roots. I repotted them into fast draining soil and watered with filtered water and let the excess water drain out. I placed them indoors in full sun as specified and misted them every few days. However they did not survive; they died in less than a month. They were completely dried out even with regular watering. I tried to revive them by placing them outdoors in a semi shaded area and continued watering and misting but it was too late. I’m not sure what I could have done differently to keep them alive. They were pretty but apparently not suited to my environment.

That it came packaged nicely. The color was vibrant. I have bought 2 and my husband got a third one. I do not have a single plant alive. We followed all directions which were sparse and I will not ever buy from this company again. 60$ for plants that looked good for maybe 3 months. Their dead and can't be revived. The size was as described. I would not gift this. $20 for a 12 inch skinny trees , very poor value.

The product arrived in a timely manner; well packaged and in great condition. The trees were exactly what we were needing for the containers on our front porch.

Plants arrived 3 days earlier than promised and in good shape. I haven’t measured them, but they appear to be approximately the size they were advertised to be.I’m holding off on repotting them for now as we’re still having nighttime temperatures down in the 30’s for now in western Oregon. The almanac says the date of last frost is April 13th, so I will aim for around the 14th or 15th. They came in 6” plastic pots and not bare root, so they should be ok on the front porch for another week.I will revise my review down if they turn out to be severely rootbound or fail to thrive after repotting, but for now, I am very pleased.
