Lightweight, easy to mount, no smell, it really does work!!
Hey, I have one northwest bedroom that just stays colder than the rest of the house in the winter. I've tried one other panel convection heater like this and, although it did heat just fine, it was really heavy and gave off an odor every time I used it... sadly, completely unusable. (It was made of some type of chalky white composite material.) This one is completely different... it's lightweight, very easy to mount and is not a solid material. It has some type of heating element inside, but it is covered with a thin white panel on the front and back, and is framed with a sturdy 1"wide or so aluminum frame. There are metal brackets on the back in order to hang it, and the bracket holds it off the wall. Everything seems sturdy and secure. The separate thermostat seems to be very good quality. I've tested the heater and the thermostat together for 2 days now (temps in the 20s outside) and they both work very well. It brings a 12 x 15' room, with 2 windows, up to 70 degrees which normally runs 5 -10 degrees colder, depending on how cold it is outside. Now that room matches the house temperature. Oh, also, it is completely silent and you can touch the surface, but not for very long... it's hot, but not so hot that a glancing touch will burn you. Made in India. This is only 400W, as compared to 1500W for all small space heaters. So, it's really saving me energy, too. Oh, and about the reviews regarding a stinky smell... the BOX that it came in DID smell, but the item itself did NOT smell or give off a smell when in use. (The box smelled like it was stored near a farm stall or something similar.) Hope this helps!

Ok for the price
Fits super in my bathroom. Does not take room at all. The only drawback is not heating as hot as I expected, but good enough for the price. Will keep it.

Great for small area
Heats up fast. Very lightweight. Using it to heat a 5x8 bathroom no problem. The thermostat looks cheap, but its functional. Hate that it takes up two outlets. Not really necessary from a safety perspective since this is only 400w. No chemical smell whatsoever. Covered up a horrible drywall patch job too where a medicine cabinet was.

Gets me through the cold winters
I work from home in a bonus room above my garage which stays cooler than the rest of the house. In the winter we keep the thermostat at a constant 68 and without this heat panel on it is usually about 64 or 65 at my desk when I start work at 8 AM.I originally used a space heater, which used about 1200 watts, to heat the entire 220 square foot room but it took a long time and a lot of electricity to heat up the room. I work from home in that room and I really only needed to heat up the area where I sat so last year I decided to try this panel out. I connected it to a smart plug and it uses around 340 watts so that saves a lot of electricity. I originally put the panel on the wall behind my chair and it did great at heating my back but my face and fingers remained cold since the radiant heat from the panel was being blocked by my body.I decided to use a computer monitor arm that I wasn't using to rig up the panel above my monitor and pointed down at an angle toward where I sit. This works perfectly for quickly warming my face, chest, arms and fingers. It also heats up a small area around my desk and does raise the temperature up several degrees in that area.I have a Switchbot thermometer that logs temperature at my desk. It sits below and behind my monitor (you can see it in one of the pictures). It's doesn't get direct radiant heat from the panel but since the panel warms my desk up the thermometer does get heat from that. You can see in the screen capture that in the mornings when I start work it's about 64 and 65 degrees. Then you see a big spike in temperature which is when I turn the panel on and the temperature quickly rises to about 70 and 71 degrees. Again, these temperatures are below and behind my monitor so it's even warmer in front of my monitor and on me. When I'm done working in the evening I cut the panel off and you see the temperature drop back down. Proof that the panel works and for me is well worth the money for 8 hours of comfort a day and is paying for itself by using over 800 watts less than the space heater which didn't do as good of a job as this panel. This is my second winter using this panel and it's awesome.Hope this helps in your decision making.

EconoHome 400W Infrared Wall Heater
This heater is easy to install. It is not heavy, but it mounts very well on the wall. And it does its job perfectly. It has an overheating protection function, which is very easy to prevent, for example, burns or other unforeseen situations. It heats up quickly. The readiness module regulates the heat and either turns up the temperature or reduces it depending on the need. The heater material is strong and reliable. The profile is thin and smooth. It is wonderful that this heater is silent and can be installed even in a children’s room. In general, I am satisfied with everything. The quality and price of the product are justified

Very good space heater.
I'm using this heater periodically in an off-grid workshop with solar panels and batteries. I only use it when I am there at the workshop, and it makes a nice little warm-up corner in this 12x20ft insulated building. It gets hot to the touch, warm on the back side. Doesn't worry me. Totally quiet.I bought a thermostat with it and that works well too.

Frame gets hot. But very slim fit, very warm!
This space heater is as described, but slightly slimmer. Definitely like that. I plan to mount it to aluminum plates before hanging bc in my opinion the frame gets pretty hot. And the device seems to run possibly too hot. I'm not an expert, but fear fires.I find it impressive. Really like that it comes with a thermometer as it does. However, I think it should have surge protection. Not sure that it has built in safety/smart features, but it should have this as well.Pricey for what it should come with, in my opinion. They didn't mention important details, which are in the instructions. This should be hung greater than 30 cm from ground and greater than 10 cm at the sides. ...It's made in India. That's different. Fun fact. I like to see that something was made from somewhere else. 👍
