First, i wasnt aware you cannot text on this watch, the most headline is misleading. However you can use the AI voice to reply to texts for you. I havent quite figured it out but have learned its possible. You CAN make & recieve phone calls tho. You get all your notifications from social media on the "messages" screen. You cannot reply to them, but you can see them. At first i was uspet that i couldnt respond to anything, but i really only needed this watch to notify me if theres an emergency with my kids because i cannot carry my phone at work, so, it does do what i need it to do.Second, the health features are pretty nice, however I wish it had the bp feature ive seen on others. It does track your steps, drink reminder, HR & O2, sleep, etc. If you're wanting to monitor your health, this will be useful for you.Third, it has basic apps like weather, calculator & stopwatch which comes in handy in nursing, a music player i haven't quite figured out yet. The best is the "find my phone" feature, cause I'm forever losing mine & will more often with this watch!Fourth, the watch looks wise is beautiful, love the rose gold/pink, the rubber wrist band is comfortable, stretchy, lots of holes to adjust the fit! It's just what I wanted. There's tons of watch faces to choose from. I'd there's a way to customize or use your own photo, I haven't figured that out yet, so I don't believe you can. Probably the only other con I have.Lastly, this is my first smart watch so I had no clue how to set it up so I had my daughter do it which reminded me of when I was younger making fun of my mom when she didn't understand technology lol, even tho I couldn't do it, My daughter says setup is easy & it was done quick!

Love it... sleep tracking charging speed watch quality... all around it's a great for the money

I've had terrible products before but nothing that's led me to write a review. I set this up and connected it to my phone, I set my own personal background. Within 12 hours I stopped getting message notifications. I used the live chat feature on the app after I tried going through all the settings on the app and my phone. I explained this to the person on the chat and they had me do everything I communicated that I've done all over again and send screenshots. Nothing worked other than uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again, and resetting the watch itself. I started getting notifications again but again that stopped after about 5 or so hours. The personal background I chose as well as the settings on the phone (such as using the imperial system instead of metric, what it tracks and when, not using Celsius, etc.) reset itself. So I had to take the time to change that back. So both the ability to receive messages as well as the personal user settings randomly reset itself and do not last more than 12 hours at a time. Because of this, there is no long term sleep tracking. There is no long term tracking of anything because the watch resets itself. It's never fallen. It's never touched water. I've simply turned it oh and set the settings to my preferences, and it doesn't stay. It serves no purpose other than to keep the time if you don't feel like constantly adjusting the settings and resetting the watch. And even that's iffy because it defaults to using 24 hour time instead of 12 hour time. It's useless. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I previously had another brand smartwatch (no….not Apple) for 4 years that finally died after almost continuous wear… I tried to find the same brand but unfortunately it was no longer being manufactured. After careful research, I came across this watch and I purchased it. I’ve only had it on since Sunday but so far it has exceeded my expectations. The screen is actually larger than my last watch which makes it easier for me to navigate around. I like the fact that there is an actual manual inside the app that helps you figure out how to use the watch to the best of your ability. I almost want to purchase another one, just in case this dies after another four or five years because I really like it that much. I’ll give you an update in a month or so to let you know how it’s working out. But you won’t go wrong if you purchase this watch.

I was impressed with the appearance, functions, and multiple screen faces. The instructions given were short and vague. The easy set up was nice, but not near enough. I'm missing out on the ability to enjoy the full function of the watch.

It is a comfy fit and is adjustable. Love how it keeps track of my heart rate. Great product for reference when you want to monitor your steps and sleeping patterns.

I really like the watch! It works great. I have only had a message not sent to my watch twice. Its excellent & everything works great that way, but after 6 days of use I'm so fed up with the app. It links up to the watch, but not everything goes to the app. Even in the app you can't get it to measure anything, & percentages don't show up. If I didn't have the app I would absolutely love it, but knowing I have it. It should show everything in the app the way it is with the watch! Major work needed on the app. Very frustrating.

I bought 2 for my kids ages 27 & 17. They can wear them while they are at work if they can’t be in their phone and still see who has called them or view text messages. This was the sole purpose of my purchase. They are easy to set up and use. Lots of other functions included.
