It should work fine. The waterfall is threaded to accept a 1-in fitting. Just have to get the 1 1/4 barb to 1-in NPT.

Here are our recommendations for matching with a water pump: For instance, a 90 cm water blade with a height of 80 cm would require a pump with a flow rate of approximately 6000 liters per hour, a 60 cm water blade with a height of 80 cm would require a pump with a flow rate of 4000 liters per hour.
