Absolutely perfect
I bought this so I could switch between my TRRS headset and my TRS desktop speakers. This little switch works perfectly, feels well built, and there's no popping sound through the speakers when switching from one to the other. I'll definitely be buying another if I need another switch in the future!

It is a stereo switch
When it arrived I finally wondered if it is a stereo switch. I could not find mention of 2 channel switching and the mention of microphone caused some concern until I plugged it into an mp3 player. My God from Jethro Tull on the Aqualung album popped up and left no doubt hearing instruments separately left and right. The sound was clean with absolute silence from switching inputs.

Solid construction and easy to use
There isn't much to say about an A/B switch, I thought, until this one arrived and swiftly demonstrated its perfect functionality and quality brushed metal housing. The switch is not sticky but also not loose, there is no audio bleed-over at all, and the ports all grip 3.5mm plugs with a firmness that suggests to me the device will last for years or decades.

Some ground noise.
It works okay for my purposes, but there is some ground noise that it picked up from the electronics around it. It isn't the end of the world, but can sometimes be a little annoying.

Using to switch temp probs (not audio)
I have two temp probes on my brew kettle that I switch between (one for recirculating the mash and another for the boil). Probes connect to a Blichmann Brewcommander which only has one probe input and I was getting tired of swapping the 3.5mm probe jacks (plus wear/tear on the unit)… this fixes that and temps are accurate. I’m using another 3.5mm audio cable to complete the connection. Works great (so far).

Switch goes bad in a few weeks
As others have said, right channel quits after a few weeks. I am going to try a toggle type of switch next. I have had trouble with other audio slide switches in the past. I should have known better.
