True near-zero-load flasher
This one DOES work with very minimal load. Not zero, it uses the presence of a load to start flashing, but extremely low. Others that I tried that claimed to work to very low currents didn't flash when driving nothing but LEDs.BE AWARE that if you hook this up incorrectly, you will smoke a trace inside and after that it will click but not drive the LED. Proper hookup is as follows:B+ = 12VE- = groundL = load (to positive side of the flashing lights.

Works great
Works great for LED signal lights or on any small electronic project that requires an adjustable timer.

Failed to work in my LED converted GMC truck.
I have led tail lights and turn signal lights on 91 GMC truck k1500 with led resistors in rear lights. It isn't enough load to make the flasher cycle, so it claims to work with LEDs but not on this truck so Fail on their part.

Fixed my turning signal fast turn signal rate. It was super easy and non invasive to repair the problem on my truck when I upgraded the headlights.

Item works decent but no documentation, poor labeling.
The media could not be loaded. This item does function as claimed and the frequency changes based on the knob on the top of it. There are no notes or anything with it to help with wiring. The terminals are marked B+ for battery+, L for light or load maybe, and -IE which is shared - from battery and load but the marking makes no sense i just guessed as other ways did not work knew B+ was probably battery so that left a ground connection. - seemed like ground too but IE i could not tell what that was referring to.

pretty great! easily adjustable
works with either led or halogen bulbs. you can easily control the blink rate speed from quite fast to very soft and slow. you're really able fine tune it to your liking.
